I came on a corporate training course for Histology, the training provided good in depth practical knowledge of how to prepare tissue samples, embed & most importantly section the tissue. I loved learning all the techniques. My only negative would be that I found 3 hours to be a little too short and I would have personally benefitted longer training days.
More training on quality issues would have been an extra benefit too but all in all extremely happy with the training.

I was on the two week intensive corporate course. I was looking for some more experience in trouble shooting with certain histology practices. I learned some new techniques with embedding/microtomy however felt they didn’t know how to resolve certain common microtomy problems such as chattering.

The staff were friendly and inviting. They new a lot about diagnostic histology practices. The class was also small so got one on one time with the trainers. Would recommend their course for new starters to histology.

Absolutely loved learning all the biomedical science related careers, it was really well taught and the institution itself was lovely! ❤️

I bought along 34 biology A level students to visit the lab. Students had a great experience understanding what the role of a scientist is in a lab. Lots of advice was given by the team on careers in science, interview and personal statement tips. students had plenty of hands on experience including opportunities to pipettes, gram staining, microscopy and specimen reception! A special thanks to Kunle, Aisha, Judy, Foca and Pamela for giving our students such a memorable and educative experience!

Used LabMedExpert for our Covid testing when abroad and due to problems with their systems they were unable to provide testing info for our return flight in time, although they took our money. Trying to get hold of them via phone or email was impossible and they never responded to any request. Clearly set themselves up to do testing for the business but clearly did not have the staff, the systems etc to provide any form of reasonable service. Did not refund money and would have taken them to the Smalls Claim Court if I had the time. Would never recommend. Date of experience was Jul-2021 but unable to put that into TrustPilot due to being too long ago.

The training was intensive and the training officers were really helpful. At the end of the program, I had improved on my laboratory skills, increased my confidence and had couple of promising interviews.

A very conducive environment. Training officers were friendly and ready to answer any questions. I wasnt only grounded on the practical aspect of histology but the theory aspect as well. The training was worth the fee.

Completed intensive histology training, it was a focused group. Course is well structured- learned a lot. Made friends and had a great time whilst learning vital skills - well worth the money.

I started the training with rusty laboratory skills. I had never been to a histology laboratory. Halfway through the programme, I regained my confidence, made great friends and built more connections.
The training is intensive and you get challenged in multiple scenarios. You are also trained in general staining techniques and special staining in the histology laboratory. The training officers are always glad to help. My only regret is not starting early.

I have taken part in the Intensive Microbiology Training and I must say it was extremely worthwhile. I learned a lot and I had the opportunity to work on my practical skills while assisted by their team. I have greatly enjoyed the experience and while it is a challenging programme, I believe it is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain diagnostic laboratory experience.

Scam site. Doesn't give confirmation emails or information for passenger locator forms. Emailing their support always bounces back. Please save your energy and money and avoid this "company".

Very impressed! I enquired about any available pcr appointments and despite closing in under 2 hours Sharara went above and beyond! She explained the process very professionally and also emailed me the forms in under 5 minutes without comprising the standard of quality and professionalism. She was very patient with me and reassured all my concerns. Thank you Sharara, your customer service was outstanding! You are a credit to the team and an asset to Labmedexpert. I hope you get the recognition you deserve! Will 100% be coming back the next time I need a pcr test!

ordered 2No two day tests for me and my partner. sent them off together, received mine back in time, still waiting for my partners, this was 5 weeks ago, I couldn't get in touch with Labmed cos they don't reply to e mails or answer phone calls and their message box is full. reported them to my bank as a scam to see if they could get a response as I paid through debit card, the bank has refunded me for the test as it was an undelivered service, I'm not too bothered about the cash I just want the scum prosecuted for scamming, over 40% of people are scammed by them.

Please do not waste your money with this company, they do not answer phone, they do not ring you back and do not answer your emails, I ask for my money back but have never received it, the NHS or GOV should strike then off as they are a complete waste of time.
I paid for 2 PCR tests one for my wife and 1 for myself, we both received the kit and sent our samples back to the lab for the results. My wife received 8 negative results but I have never received mine which was posted on the 9/12/21

A joke! Bunch of college lab kids playing science. No 24-hour turnarounds. Took 3 days for test to arrive Took over 12 days to receive a day 2 test result. And when I did receive it, I got upwards of a dozen emails. No customer service. Have not been able to make contact and receive full refund.

Reported to NHS and now to Trading Standards - the first one apparently took an action as finally removed from gov.uk list of providers. Avoid these people!!!!! Waste of time, money and nerves. An absolute joke.

Timely service and great price for day 2 PCR test.

Received test kit on day 1 and mailed it back on the same day. Received results early evening on the following day.

Paid for 3 PCR tests Day 2, 5 & 8. Sent 1st on Friday 3rd and now its 6 days later and nothing back. Paid for Test & Release sent off test on Tuesday 7th and nothing!!!! TOTAL SCAM!! They do not answer phone and do not answers your emails. How can this Labmedexperts (obviously they are not experts) be gov approved, probably approved at the Govs Xmas party in 2020. What a total joke this country is.

I initially had trouble setting up an account for the day 2&8 tests for a family member, but once I got in contact with them, they were very quick and helpful. The service was great - I'm very impressed!
