The prices are great on the beauty products and I'm always amazed at how recent things are. Last order I incorrectly put "pick up" and was contacted quickly to confirm if I could do that, given my geographic location. Mistake identified, no problem getting the items shipped, beautifully packaged. The entire experience was so personable, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

I've ordered multiple times from Lab and have been pleased with timing and service. I mostly buy beauty products so sometimes things just aren't to my preference but with the savings, trying things isn't that big of a loss. I continue to check the beauty section before I purchase items at Sephora to compare.
