Bought 2 Hammered Aluminium side tables. Fantastic quality and finish. Great service and communication.

Recently, I bought a bedroom chair from La Maison Chic which began to come apart within one month. However, when I filed for a return (even though it was past the 14 days within which La Maison Chic accepts returns), they were extremely kind and obliging, offering a full refund and arranging to pick up the chair themselves with no hassle to myself.

The chair, while very cute, was not the best quality, but the customer service I received was top-notch.

I’d tried so many times over the summer to get my hands on a hanging egg chair with no luck, so thought maybe winter may be the time and I was right! It arrived today after ordering last Thursday and it’s gorgeous! Nicely made and sturdy, the cushion is comfy too! It’s staying inside for now until the weather improves but it matches our furnishings inside anyway so doesn’t look out of place. I love it!

Fabulous product and service from Maison Chic! I bought a beautiful bedroom chair in a French style. Although the product was out of stock when I ordered it I was asked if I wanted to wait until the new stock arrived, which I did. The communication from Maison Chic was superb and I was completely delighted with my gorgeous chair when it arrived. The company are very responsive to deal with and the courier they use sent great tracking information which was given to me at every step of the way as to when my chair would arrive.
