Victorian brass sign.

I am so pleased with my brass victorian sign. It is perfect. Delivery was free and super quick. What a great shopping experience. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you very much.

First Class

I have purchased a significant number of items from le maison chic and I have never been disappointed with the quality in relation to the price. I have purchased small wooden lights at less than £30 and they are fab in any setting. I have purchased an industrial standard light that is a true statement piece and furniture wise I have purchased the little rustic round side table, the partners desk and the grey shabby chic chest of drawers. Sometimes you need to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery but it is reliable and worthwhile. As I have never had to return anything I am not sure how accommodating they are but congrats le maison chic up to now I can’t fault you.

Great customer service...

I ordered the antique gold easel and when it arrived it was even better than the photos. Sturdy with beautiful detail. Delivery was quick and efficient and communication with the seller was excellent. Would recommend.

Returns ploicy

I had to return my fire surround and was lead to believe it was only going to cost £65.00+vat for returning the fire surround but it was double this. I was sent a misleading email that made out i would only be charged £65.00+vat and this would be deducted when they received the fire surround. If i knew it was double i would have maybe thought twice about sending it back as it is almost a quarter of the original cost! I feel they need to rethink how they word their emails in the future to prevent any confusion. Very disappointed and feel slightly cheated as it was not made clear there would be two charges! Hope they can take this feed back on board and make sure they are clear with their customers in the future about the return policy's.

we appreciate your feedback and sorry for the any confusion in regards to return charges that were applicable when discussed via email.
We are always happy to run through any charges and always work hard on improving our services. We do state in our returns policy that delivery and return costs may occur if an item is returned after it has been checked and accepted on delivery. It is always best to reject goods on delivery if the item is not as expected to minimise the return charges.
We also did advise you in correspondence that delivery cost and collection cost are to be covered by yourselves as per our terms & conditions found here - https://www.la-maison-chic.co.uk/terms-conditions/.
Even with the charges we applied to your refund to cover the courier costs for the delivery and return of goods we would still have to cover additional operating costs and would still be working to a loss.
