I love these products, but I am so sad they did away withthe precision eyebrow color. When I was a redhead - it was the best auburn eyebrow pencil on the market!

I’ve been in the makeup industry for over 14 years and I’m very sorry to say that I had the worst experience EVER with Kylie cosmetics.I bought the Candy lip kit about a month ago and the color was horrible.A really dull shade of pink( Not to mention how ugly the packaging was)(especially the logo) and left my lips feeling as dry as rocks.After about an hour my lips also experienced SEVERE irritation and flakiness, something I have NEVER had with any other products.I also bought the vanilla body lotion before that and I hated it.I don’t know what smell it was but it was definitely not Vanilla.It also left my skin burning as well and smell was so overwhelming.Kylie cosmetics is also tested on animals something I wasn’t aware of before .The Kylie line completely doesn’t care about their customers.Seriously disappointed.Complete waste of money.Ive tried Kylie Cosmetics on my customers before and they came back complaining about the ugly result and experienced redness and irritation from the Kylie foundation

Bought a lipstick from this company advertising it as warm nudes colour.
The photo of the colour on the lips they advertise on their site looks lovely.
When I received tge lipstick it was nothing like tge colour but more a wine red,something I would never wear.
I reached out to the company via email asking how to return product as it was not how described or photographed and their response was that the sale is final no refunds or exchanges.
I am appalled that they are allowed to falsely advertise a colour and get away with it.
Obviously would not recommend shopping on this site unless you want dissapointment!!

Dreadful service- no delivery updates. They take the money and then leave you hanging. Would not recommend- better to find stockists locally. Disappointed as spent £50 and goods not arrived for daughters birthday. Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing.

Considering she is a Millionaire, you would think she would be able to pay for better people to work for her business.

I am very disappointed, due to the fact I had ordered over a week ago now and have been told it is due to a high volume of orders.

Which if that is the case, most places still wouldn't take that long to even ship and order.

I have spent a decent amount of money of my order, and still haven't received anything (shipping notification wise).

Just order from another website if you want her products.

Plased an order on Dec 19th, they sent it only on Dec 26th, 1 week later by wrong address, so my package was lost! The don’t reply on email, I’m so disappointed.

Awful customer service. Ordered make up for Xmas for my daughter - in good time 11 Dec and paid an astonishing £6.75 postage. I was to track delivery on Shopify app. Anyhow received message that item delivered 18 Dec- I was home all day received nothing, nothing outside or with neighbours. Contacted UPS - delivered - end of. Contacted Kylie Cosmetics to be told yesterday in a response that the item was undeliverable as it was damaged I. Transit. When was anyone going to advise me this or bc attempt to rectify this. Asked if I wanted to reorder or get refund. Said refund with full postage back - not ordering from them again. Had I not contacted them, would they ever have gotten in touch with me. Rubbish service - can’t comment on product as I never got it

I made an order from Kylie Cosmetics on black friday, the order came after a few days and the box was completely empty!! I contacted Kylie Cosmetics and they resend my order.
Today I received the second package which guess what... is again EMPTY!
How is that even possible? Who should I blame ?
The label on the package says 500g but when it arrived it Denmark was only 125g which means that someone opened it and stole my products. Also the boxes came like this, OPENED!
I cant believe that this happened twice, this is not coincidence!!

Dreadful company. Took £175 for Daughters Christmas present. I made a mistake and contacted them immediately (before it had been processed or shipped) and they completely ignored all correspondence. Won't Return, Refund, Exchange. Quick to take money but zero customer service or help available.

I placed an order on Nov 29th and it had still not shipped on Dec 9th. There was no update on the order tracking status page either after “confirmed”.

I contacted their CS team who replied back the next day saying “We have experienced an unusually high volume of orders due to recent promotions, causing a slight delay in processing. Rest assured, our staff is working around the clock to fulfill all of the orders as soon as possible. We will be sending you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped out.”

Today, they sent an email saying “Upon reviewing your order, I see that a fulfillment error occurred due to a system glitch, which unfortunately caused the order to freeze and not process correctly.
We invite you to place a new order.”

My order was cancelled without my permission and the responsibility of placing a new one was also put back on me! Since the Black Friday promotions are no longer applicable, I would need to reorder everything at full price.

I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior from customer service in years of online ordering across multiple brands. If there was a technical issue in the first place, I should have been informed immediately and even if they just realized their mistake now, it is not the customer’s responsibility to fulfill an order! The least they can do is place a duplicate order and apply the discounts I had availed somehow from their end.

This was my first order with Kylie Cosmetics and it will also be my last.

I have paid over £70 and never received my order. The product was delivered and refused as advised by the delivery company UPS as it was soaking wet.
I have contacted customer services time and time again with no response. How disappointing I will never order again from this brand.
Now I have no Xmas presents for my daughters and no sign of replacement order or refund ! I’m just left with no response to any of my messages.
Never experienced this type of customer service from any other company in UK or abroad.
Contact your bank and dispute payment seems to be only way to get any where.

weirdo. i have emailed them soo many times,they replied first and said send us proof etc about the items you received so i showed them and they never replied since and it's been a week. contacting my bank right now to get my money back but don't bother buying from her. better to buy from boots than directly from her website,at least she then can't deny refunds or exchanges or returns🤣🤣

Bought the hair and body spray

I bought the Kylie Cosmetics mascara Kylash (definitely original, purchased at Duty Free) and used it for quite a while, but unfortunately I’m very disappointed.

First, even though the packaging is beautiful — which is honestly one of the reasons I bought it — it became dirty almost immediately. It got covered in smudges, and kept staining everything around it. It’s also practically impossible to clean.

The mascara is advertised as volumizing, and it does give some volume, but maybe around 30%. I’ve used many other volumizing mascaras that perform much better. It doesn’t lengthen my lashes at all and tends to make them look like spider legs. Still, I could live with that.

What I can’t tolerate is that it flakes terribly. It falls under my eyes throughout the day, and I always end up looking like a panda. Because of that, I now have to throw it away.

Awful awful awful.
When will these reality ‘stars’ STOP trying to earn money from the rubbish they sell.
I bought 2 Matte lip kits and 1 x lip balm.
What I want to see, is the Kardashians USING THEIR OWN PRODUCTS, as their ‘makeup team’ DON’T. .
Too troublesome to return so in the bin they go.

having been looking a purchasing and then finding out after it had snapped my hand off to purchase I have incurred the best part of £10 in postage plus TAX!
Immediately tried to cancel it but all I had was a pretty much could not care less email saying it was too late and not their problem.

The packaging of thesupple kiss lip glaze and lip liner, was very attractive and the colours on offer were lovely. However, the promise of a long lasting lip glaze was a fallacy. Yes it looks pretty when put on but it lasts a minute or two at most before disappearing; definitely not what I was expecting from the description. This is very disappointing and I will not buy again sadly.
