What a fantastic experience this was. From the location, to the accommodation, to the activities.
Karleigh did a phenomonal job of tailoring the weekends activities to everyone's needs providing a truly authentic experience.
Engagement with local small business providing further opportunities to promote local goodies.
The group were just fantastic and welcoming, would highly recommend if you want, fun, activity, relaxation and good banter.

had the best time with KWX RETREAT all organised by Karleigh Wright and had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The highlights for me were the variety of activities and the most amazing people, now all friends.

For our first activity Karleigh give us goodie bags with our lunch and treats for our hike , that was a lovely surprise.
We had a lovely stop on our hike to do some breathing work.

We all headed back to the stunning swan hotel for a spa, that was so relaxing then
We all got ready and headed to the restaurant for our three course meal and that was a great laugh.
Next day Karleigh had more organised for us ,a workout in the morning followed by yoga then breakfast and to finish the retreat off we paddle boarded, that was so much fun.
Definitely will be booking up for the next one x

Brilliant experience as I knew it would be as already done a couple of hikes with Karleigh and KW Explorers.
Karleigh and her team made everyone feel so welcome as usual and it was all ran so professionally. The choice of location was perfect and the activities were brilliant including star gazing and paddleboarding and hiking .
The food was amazing and then there were all the little extras which made it all the more special like tshirt , bag and a delicious healthy packed lunch , and a little box with a selection of home made protein treats.
Thanks for the memories and the opportunity to make fabulous new friends.
Can’t wait for the next one!! Well done x

WOW.

I went on this retreat in the lakes not knowing anyone and feeling really anxious about it. Within 5 mins I felt totally relaxed and so happy I’d got out of my comfort zone and gone along!

We started off with a small hike so was suitable for everyone as there was all different abilities and ages there which was really good so nobody felt left out! We stopped off and had lunch on the side of the hill with a wonderful breath work session and everyone felt so relaxed after this. Everybody was chatting to everybody finding out about their lives and just really taking time to getting to know each other which made everyone feel so welcomed I think.

The rest of the weekend was filled with activities and there was no pressure if you didn’t want to do them. Karleigh was a fantastic host offering lots of alternatives to suit those with different capabilities and I could tell how much that was appreciated, we enjoyed the spa and had a lot of laughs and giggles, wonderful food and more laughs.

Lots of treats from different small businesses Karleigh supports throughout the weekend too which was lovely.

I can’t recommend this company enough and Karleigh is so inspiring and motivational I’ve woke up today at home feeling so much more positive and engaged in life today because of the wonderful
Weekend and fantastic people I’ve met…friends for life 😀

What an incredible experience from start to finish. My friend and I booked the retreat not knowing anyone previously. Welcomed within minutes and such a lovely community feel. Hilarity, fun and the best organised event I’ve done. Walking, challenging workout suited to varying levels, breath work and yoga. A lovely meal together on day one, loads of goodies in goodie bags supporting local businesses. Then finished off with a lovely breakfast and paddle boarding experience. The hotel and setting just stunning. I’ll definitely book another experience again. Karleigh has created something special from being authentic and connected to people seeking her guidance around health and fitness.
