Only site to have the Gengar plush toy I wanted for my grandson. Was skeptical but I took a chance . It was sent within a few days of placing the order. Customer service was excellent, quick to respond (less than a day each time) helping me track item across the globe. Item came in new condition as promised. Very satisfied. Would order from them again.

Their products are great and very cute! And their customer service is so fast, I wouldn't have to wait more than 3 days to get a reply that was informative and helpful! There was a mistake in my order and they helped me correct it almost immediately!

I ordered two figurines a few weeks ago and they arrived 7 days ago while I'm writing this. The Pikachu figure I had ordered was really cute and looked exactly like the picture on the website. The my neighbor Totoro however had been damaged. The umbrella had broken off during the shipping time which was obviously very sad. I checked their return policy on the website and they wrote that they would sent a new item free of charge if it came in broken. So I immediately sent them an email about it being broken so I waited for a response. I wrote them an email on Saturday and since it was the weekend I thought that they wiuld either send a response on Monday or on Tuesday. On Tuesday they still hadn't sent a response so I thought maybe the email address had been wrong. So I created a ticket on their website and waited again. It's now been a week since I received both items and I still haven't had a response which was very disappointing especially since the review on this website said that they had a great experience with their customer service. I still hope they'll reach out to me but I don't have much hope

When I emailed Kuru Store regarding a purchase, they fixed the problem and contacted me to let me know the issue was resolved. In many online stores, the protocol to solve an issue may be lengthy and frustrating, asking you to send pictures, write a complaint and/or explain in detail what happen. I let them know my issues and what I thought it was a fair solution in 1 paragraph. I was expecting to never hear from them and never recover my money, I was ready to removed the store link from my favorites. They email me apologizing and letting me know they solved the problem to my satisfaction in 1 paragraph. That is costumer care!

Hello there! I have not shopped in Kuru store! I would like to say that the things there are super cute and kinda cheap! I feel like there shop can be trust worthy but i am not 100% sure! Also maybe there shipping might be kinda slow because of covid-19! Also i would shop there but i am not sure! UwU

The people at customer service were very sweet with me and they answered all my questions, Other than the coupon I used for discounts, they sent me two gifts worth of $30 (probably because I order many items)
Shipping took a little more than usual but even I know it's because Coronavirus, we can't always blame the stores for that thing, when most stores state that in their website.
Overall experience, they're nice and they have the cutest stuff and compared to other shops, they really are the cheapest and with free shipping, others charge $22 for shipping other than taxes. So, I give it to Kurustore for having the cheapest prices compared to other shops.

I waited almost 2 months for my order (two face masks). The order was buy one get one free and customer service assured me that they would give me a random variation. However, I just received two of the same masks.
Not to mention that the post office gave me a hard time because the package was under a completely different name (looked like a scam!)
Not worth the wait, would not recommend.

Shipping estimates are deceiving. Ordered near the end of October and never received package. Expect to get your order after a month.

Kuru store is the best all their products are high quality and soooo cute i bought lolita black dress and a couple of kawaii stationary and a case for my iphone
