Unfortunately a bad review, I have been ask to prove details that I didn’t want to enclose. After trying to explain my worries I have been waiting for ages for a follow up. Money paid. I asked for a refund as I am nor satisfied with the service which is not been provided as I have not sent the test back. So they did nir provide services and says they cannot refund money due to the health abd safety then said I had 14 days for a refund? Doesn’t sound like a profesional clinic! AVOID

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. At Kuon Healthcare, we always aim to provide clear communication, fair resolutions, and a high standard of care.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. In this case, your request was made 45 days after purchase, which is outside the refund period. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept the return of any testing kits once dispatched.
To support you, we offered a free home visit including additional biomarkers at no extra cost as an alternative solution. However, you chose to proceed with a partial refund, which we processed after deducting the kit and administrative fees.
We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to delivering safe, professional, and customer-focused healthcare services.
A great service
This company provided a very personal service which is so rare these days. They kept in touch with me when Royal Mail didn't deliver the kit on time and couldn't have been more helpful. I will certainly use them again.

I booked the Ultimate Well Men test with Kuon Healthcare and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was really easy to arrange, and the phlebotomist came right to my home on time. Super professional, friendly, and the blood test itself was quick and painless.
Results came back fast and were explained clearly—way more detailed than I expected. It feels great to get such a full picture of my health without having to chase a GP appointment.

Kuon are absolutely efficient with their work. I consulted them for Karyotyping Blood chromosomes test and the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. I was very suprised that there are still genuine companies out there who understand patient’s needs and deliver results in such timely manner.
