Appalling courier service
Appalling courier service (APC) took 3 days to deliver despite being given a 2 hour window which kept going backwards until 6pm for 2 days on the trot. They were clearly running out of time to deliver same day.My parcel finally arrived on the third day after chasing them. This was despite the box having labels ‘perishable’ goods printed all over it!! I dread to think what the contents would have been like if they had been perishable after being in a hot van for 3 days.
I suggest you change your courier!
