Was just browsing but pressed buy now in error as I'm in shop it went through straight away. Emailed 2 seconds later to cancel and twice after but no reply to any email. It's been sent out straight away despite saying there was delays, somehow the one person who wanted to cancel gets sent the soonest. Now looking at other reviews I see I will be unable to return as everything is "final sale". No wonder you are going out of business.

The koala blanket hoodie is a lovely product. I sleep in it as my bedroom is extremely cold and it keeps me warm. The fabric is surprisingly very soft.

Prompt delivery and great product. These are the cosiest hooded blankets ever roomy soft and pretty . The outdoor kuddly is so water and windproof that I actually enjoy walking my dog in the rain. excellent value for monay as there are always good offers

Avoid at all costs. Tried to return an unused pillow within 30 days as stated, but was told the item was exempt as it was a "final sale" item.

Weirdly enough, every single item on the website is a "final sale" item - so why display a returns policy if it doesn't actually apply to a single item on your website? I'm aware that I'd usually be covered by distance selling regulations if I'd notified you within 14 days, but reading other reviews on here, it doesn't sound like that's been successful for anyone either.

Incredibly disappointed and ashamed to have been misled

I ordered two of the outdoor hoodies and unfortunately one was not finished properly. So I got in touch, sent pictures and now you are wondering about the 5 stars. Well the lovely people sorted it out and replaced the faulty one. I couldn’t wish for a better service or communication. We now use th for our dog walking.

I have taken back my review in hindsight I was just angry but they have went above and beyond. Thanks 👍

Best pillows ever. Weighted blanket lives up to the hype too

Lovely items needed them for my parent who has dementia didn’t sleep at night times very well seemed to settle him down

Was searching for a weighted blanket. I read good reviews about the ones from Kudd.ly. I was impressed with the price of the them, and on top of that, they had a great offer on. The delivery was prompt. I'm very happy with the quality of the blanket, it feels well made and it came with it's own drawstring bag. Will certainly be shopping with them again. Many thanks.

Bought two outdoor hoody and got a really good deal. The coat is great, I wear it walking the dog abd it gas kept me warm and dry all winter.

Fabulous hoody. Big, cosy, thick luxurious feel. Washes well and also dries quickly. Saving me a fortune in heating bills too. 😊

I have a few kuddly products and have gifted a few. I have a navy and a pink unicorn hooded blankets. I have a navy weighted blanket and a mint cooling blanket too. I got my Mommy Bear a blue koala 🐨 hooded blanket and a grey weighted blanket as of recently she is suffering with mental health issues. The weighted blankets help as I suffer with severe mental illness too. Literally melts the anxiety away. I gifted a grey hooded blanket to my ex too. Saves us money on heating bills! You know how they are! I also have kuddly slippers in yellow and pink. They help with my daily pain, I also suffer with a pain disorder and I don't know how they do it but it relieves my pain, especially in my knees. I always get stuff on a deal. I love Kuddly ❤️

Wow, what a fantastic company, and product! I love my pink unicorn hoodie, it was delivered on time, and the packaging was posh. The emails keeping me updated, were friendly and informative, and there was even an email to tell me how to care for it. I have 3 Oodies, and this is even better! Highly recommend!

Arrived really quickly - it’s a slightly odd size between single and double, so doesn’t fit a duvet cover: if you have it on top it tends to slide off the bed. Glad I got two for one instead of full price though.

The weighted blanket was brought for me by my son who had concerns about my lack of sleep. I was sceptical but slept for 4 hours without stirring from the first night. I hadn’t slept for more than 20 minutes since Covid and the personal stress my family went through during that time .
