Very quick delivery and oh my goodness this Kudd.ly is so warm I don’t want to take it off I felt heavy when I took it out of the wrapping but once you’ve got it on you won’t want to take it off! I wish you did plain coloured bottoms to go with it

Bought 2 waterproof hoodies to use at work, as I am frequently outdoors working in a children’s nursery. Very warm and kept me cosy all day.

Also bought 4 kudd.ly hoodies, starting early on Christmas presents for later in the year. I already own one and I wear it continually when at home lounging in the house.

I got the weighted blanket buy one get one free, not knowing I was meant to put x2 in basket at time of purchase I only purchased the one
I contacted them and straight away was replied with an email stating above that I should have put x2 in my basket however they have still kept the deal and sent my 2nd one out free of charge

Excellent value for money. Warm and snuggly product

Will not respond to returns requests despite claiming they have a 30 day money back guarantee on the item purchased. Tried all channels of communication provided.

Finally got an email response to tell us we can’t return the item because it’s in the sale. (Looking on their website - every item is in the sale!)

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 says we have a legal right to return an online order if we inform them within 14 days (which we did). Replied to them to point this out and now radio silence again.

Would not recommend this company at all.

Can not fault the order and delivery process. Arrived well packaged and in good time. Ordered two of the king size dream pillows and they are amazing. We have slept so well and loved that we could add or remove filling.

I purchased a blanket hoodie a few years ago and loved it, it was thick and incredibly warm. So when I was in a position to buy another one I was really excited to own a second hoodie! However, that was where the excitement ended.

I ordered 2 gift bags to help with storage of my old and new hoodie during the summer months and despite the listing saying the gift bags would match the size of the item ordered, I received bags big enough to fit an adult in!

I was also incredibly disappointed with the quality and thickness of the new hoodie I received. It was much much thinner than my original hoodie and was nowhere near as warm because of this.

When I eventually managed to get a response from customer support, they did apologise and send me a new hoodie and new appropriate sized gift bags (free of charge and they did not want the 'poor quality' hoodie and oversized bags returned). However, the new hoodie sent was exactly the same poor quality and thickness. I ended up keeping it as it was so difficult to get hold of them in the first place and didn't want to have to mess around with it again. I will just prioritise wearing my original hoodie which is amazing quality and keep the poor quality one as a spare.

Buyer beware, if you have had a blanket hoodie from kuddly in the past and are buying a new one, be aware that the quality is no longer what it was, I presume this change in quality is to save costs, but is still incredibly disappointing.

Very poor quality. Extremely thin, nothing like the one I bought from you previously. Also you took forever to reply when I asked to return it. Eventually when you did respond you told me I'm not entitled to a refund due to it being in the sale.

Impossible to send items back for a refund, no returns label are included , emails, WhatsApp, messenger, Facebook, online forms all ignored , chat bot useless , no contact phone number. No way of returning !!!

Ordered 2 weighted blankets. They were on an offer if you bought 2 so would be silly not to. Arrived very quickly and were packaged well.

Did an order for four, meeting all the family's needs. Prompt delivery, I was concerned that the quality might not be great given the exceptionally good pricing. Once out of the vaccum packaging, they grew like Topsy, into wonderful fluffy garments. Very impressed and everyone loved the individual patterns chosen.

Quick delivery of a great product. I bought 2 weighted blankets, 1 each for my children. 1 who is neurodiverse, the other isn't but has FOMO. Both love their new blankets and use them regularly. Thank you :)

I ordered 2 outdoor hoodies when they were buy one get one free. They are a bit out of my price range normally but that made them ok. I was also offered a plain blanket hoodie for £5. I got it not really expecting much. Ive got 4 blanket hoodies from different companies & this one one is definitely the best of the lot. It is so thick & warm, ive hardly taken it off since it arrived
