On time no delay seamless process and…

On time no delay seamless process and also used good reliable delivery company that uses local people rather than some of the useless companies that use and employ people that do not know the local area.
Great service would highly recommend them.

Appalling delivery service

Easy to order, but appalling delivery service. Order placed on the 8th December, payed £5.40 delivery and handling charge on a £2.40 item and still waiting for it to arrive 5+days later...

Top notch

Top notch. I Called up as not sure of the correct part, given the part number over the phone to then order online. Quick delivery. Fab service. Would definitely recommend.

Please stop using DX as your courier

I have no problem with KS International at all but what I do have a problem with is DX courier. I placed 2 different orders with KS International, 1 on Tuesday 25th November and 1 on Wednesday 26th November. First order was sent with DX on a 24 hour deliver and I only got a part of my order delivered on Saturday 30th. The 2nd order was sent on Thursday 28th and was delivered the next day with DPD. The rest of my order from Tuesday 25th was only delivered today 02/12/25 by DX. I want to order a lot more stuff from KS but will not if it is going to be send by useless DX COURIER .

They use DHL for their deliveries

They use DHL for their deliveries. DHL are useless. Item was meant to be delivered Tuesday it’s now Friday! DHL say it will be delivered tonight, but they have been saying that all week. It is up to me to try and chase it as KS have not responded to my email.

Conscientious staff

I inadvertently ordered incorrect part for my vehicle but staff at KS were on the ball and phoned to check then corrected the order to suit. Very prompt dispatch and delivery, couldn't ask for a better service.

Bang average.

Should have been quicker delivery for price charged, especially as ordered early in day and parts were nowhere near oe quality.
