Kristoffersencarpets Recenzje

I would like to thank Kieran and Brad for their excellent workmanship in our new home. They were very professional and yet easy going to fit in with our schedule. It was a pleasure and the carpets look brilliant.

From the experience in shop to Brad and Kieran fitting the carpet it was faultless. We will definitely be using them again.

Brad and Kieran were quick, efficient and skilful fitters. Very professional job.

Friendly knowledgeable service from the Galashiels branch, straight forward reliable process for looking at samples and arranging measuring/fitting service. They advised on the correct underlay for a painted concrete floor and different options for the laying pattern. We are really pleased with our new Amtico first flooring (dried willow) it’s beautiful. Will definitely be using this company again for flooring as we have had no issues at all.

Excellent service from a friendly, knowledgeable and professional team. I have bought numerous carpets and vinyl over the years and Lawrie Neilson always goes above and beyond to meet your requirements. The carpet fitting team lead by Alan do a professional job of laying the carpets and make sure the rooms are tidy and you are happy with the job before leaving.

Very happy with my new bedroom and stair carpets. From ordering to being laid it was a smooth process with no delays. And thanks to the guys who fitted it, very helpful and tidied everything before they left... would recommend and use again.

The whole process of purchasing the carpet and the fitting was excellent. Dave in the Galashiels store was great and Jason & Connor the carpet fitters were superb, very skilled and very polite. 5-star service all the way.

Very accommodating and flexible when it came to booking the fitting.
Good quality products. The fitter, Liam was efficient, pleasant and trustworthy.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bedroom carpet. We were very pleased with the time and advice we were given when in the shop at Churchill trying to decide on a carpet. The measurements were taken with great care and the fitting today by Brian and his team was exceptional. Thank you all so much.

First class service from start to finish. Can not fault the sales team, measurement process and the fitting itself. The quality of both the product and the fitter's work and the finished result were highly satisfactory and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent choice of all types of flooring, knowledgeable staff, speedy service and excellent fitting for both hard wood & carpet.

After having a carpet fitted by Brad and Keiran I noticed a few wrinkles. After phoning the shop Brad and Keiran came back to stretch the carpet. As before they were prompt and efficient and sorted the carpet with no hesitation. Would highly recommend this company and the fitters Brad & Keiran excellent job and afterservice

Local company; Excellent service; Courteous and tidy fitters; Recommended

From the moment I walked into the shop in Galashiels - with only the haziest idea of what I might require - I was offered the most wonderfully professional care and support. Which, after almost x3 months, came to a glorious end last week as my new carpets were expertly fitted. I am thrilled and very grateful and would recommend Kristoffersen Carpets most emphatically. Thank you, Xxx

This is the 3rd time I have used this company because I always get great service.
When Brian and Ollie turned up they were early and they couldn't have been more helpful when fitting the carpet.
