At the Hard Rock Hollywood Casino the salespeople are incredibly persistent dragging you into the store with demonstrations that probably have different products than what they're trying to sell you. They offer you products that are in the thousands of dollars and when you say no no they negotiate a price down that's about 70% lower and they make the sale to you. The results are only average at best however most of the products that they sell can be found on eBay for 90% lower in price very disappointing

I am thoroughly convinced this is a scam and believe the ruby kristals is nothing but whipped egg-whites….which do the the exact same thing for tightening skin then flaking off a little while later. Their sales tactics are overbearing to a fault. I tried to leave after an eye demonstration and literally could not get out of the place. I’m so mad at myself for spending the $250 but at least I didn’t lose anything at the casino! (it was at the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa). BUYERS BEWARE!

I'd like to start with giving the staff's customer service, friendliness & politeness a 4 star, especially Beth. Beth is an exceptional sales person, I think she could have sold me the moon :)
On November 21,2023, I came in for a red light facial that was on special on Instagram for $80. (Erin Mills Town Centre location in Mississauga, ON). I ended up buying the Perfectio X by Zero Gravity Skin for $6623, financed for 2years by Lendcare "without interest". (they reduced the price to $5800 to compensate for the 12.23% interest rate)

Beth swept me of my feet with the promise of no more wrinkles and no longer needing Botox, plus free skincare for a year (which is suppose to work out to 2 refills, I'll see if this holds true because I've already been told it does not include the 3 serum refills) and 4 free facials & red light tummy treatments (I only received 2 tummy treatments because I didn't remind them the other times).
Beth also showed me photos of when she had Vitiligo and said it only took 7 months using the Perfectio X to clear up her skin condition, she even rubbed her face with tissue to show she wasn't covering it up with makeup...that solidified the sale because I wanted to get rid of the melasma on my cheeks. (Also, note, there is ambient lighting in the store which makes your skin look much better than it is :( bring your own mirror and look at yourself outside of the store because when I got to my car and looked at my mirror, I did not see the same results)

It has been 7 months and I have used it religiously, every other night for 5 minutes for each area of my face. Unfortunately, I have not seen an improvement and I am very disappointed. Perhaps it is my skin type just needing more time, and not the fact that I got woo'd into purchasing a very expensive red light massager. I am hoping there are others out there that have purchased this and have had positive experiences with this and could share their story with me.

If in the future, this does get rid of my melasma & wrinkles, I will gladly change my review to more stars. I will update my photo in 2 months. (today's date is July 5th, 2024)

I was vacationing at the Hard Rock in Hollywood FL when I was approached by a young lady from the Kristal cosmetic space. She applied the product for around the eyes and it did the job. I purchased this product for $499, very high. When I tried to use it at home it was empty (no product). What a scam don’t fall for their pitch.

Achtung abzocke. Cosmetic Produkte wollen die für 400€ verkaufen. Ganz komische aufdringliche Situation.

This company took money and signed 24 months contracts and refills. They tried to get me to buy all the products again at 20 percent off when they overnight closed their loacation. this is bas business and I highly suggest everyone stays away from all locations. they pretend to be same and affiliated so you feel more secure but when they just closed their tampa location they left everyone including over 18 VIP's with unfinished contracts and no refills. Run if they try to approach you. FN saddest part is the products are actually nice, just way over priced at retail level which is why they offer these contracts with their high end commiments. SAd to see this is allowed tto happen.

They have stolen a lot of money from me DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEIR locations. They will not reply and take everything you have VIA manipulations and

Hier sind Betrüger unterwegs , es ist ne weltweit bekannte Masche in Einkaufscentren und Einkaufsmeilen . Diese Leute verkaufen meist billigprodukte die Qualitativ Unterste Schublade sind , für sehr viel Geld. Bitte fallt nicht auf diese Leute rein, hoffentlich werden die bald dicht gemacht !!

I had the special priced facial in Burlington ON. Instead of a relaxing facial, it was a sales pitch. The changes in my skin (no wrinkles) lasted from my drive from Burlington, to Niagara Falls. I am disappointed in myself as I let myself get talked into spending $200 in products. My skin reacted with red blotches and dryness. I have to stop using the product.

Ich wurde heute in der Getreidegasse in Salzburg mit einer kostenlosen Creme Probe ins Geschäft gelockt. Die Verkäuferin war sehr sympathisch aber auch ziemlich aufdringlich. Sie nahm ungebeten meine Hand, analysierte meine Finger und beschloss, dass ich dringend meine Rillen von den Fingernägeln bekommen musste und fing schon an, einen Nagel abzufeilen. Sie machte dies so freundlich professionell, dass ich es mit mir machen ließ. Dennoch fühlte ich mich unwohl. Das Ergebnis hat mir jedoch gefallen und ich fragte nach dem Preis der Feile. Sie meinte, es gibt diese nur im Set bzw. sie kostet 40 Euro (eine Feile!!) und die Cremes „schenkt“ sie mir dazu, d.h. wenn ich nur die Feile nehme bleiben es 40 Euro. Ich fühlte mich veräppelt und sagte, dass ich es mir überlege und ev später nochmal komme. Da sagte sie, dass das ihre letzte Packung sei, das war mir aber egal. Sie überredete mich dann, „nur“ die Feile zu nehmen (das dürfe sie scheinbar nicht machen, aber Regeln seien da um gebrochen zu werden, sagte sie 🤨) und bot sie mir für 20 Euro an. Obwohl ich spürte, dass das alles nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht, nahm ich sie, der Grund: eine Mischung aus „Ich will die Feile eh“ und „dann lässt sie mich endlich in Ruhe“. Ich fand diese Feilen daheim im Internet um durchschnittlich 4 Euro und ärgerte mich sehr. Vor allem über mich selber, dass ich mich um den Finger wickeln ließ, aber sie hat das verdammt gut gemacht. In einer anderen Bewertung habe ich gelesen, dass die Feile nach 1x. verwenden fast komplett abgenutzt war, ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert aber das ärgert mich noch mehr. Passt bloß auf und vertraut eurer Intuition!

The cosmetician, Beth greeted me in a very professional and courteous manner. While she was giving me the facial, she explained what she was doing and the benefits of skin care. It was an overall relaxing experience which I enjoyed.

The company has stolen $8,500 from me and I have no product from them. I was manipulated/tricked/deceived by the staff. I have been treated horrible by the customer service by my request to have my funds refunded as no prices were presented or signage posted. This company will trick you and is a SCAM so beware! They will also take credit cards out of your wallets when you are on the tables!

I was pushed into buying products. Put down payment on machine and will not pay remaing balance it's a big scam. The prices are really high. I can get better results from Mary Kay

I tried the lifting eye cream in store and noticed an amazing tightening of the under eye area. But...I found the price prohibitive.

Unglaublich tolle und kompetente Mitarbeiterin. Es ist nicht zu übersehen das sie sich mit ihren Produkten bestens auskennt. Für jede meiner Problemzonen, hatte die nette Lady eine Lösung für mich.

I purchased products last week. I tried to get a refund on items that were still sealed. No refund. I was told that there was all kinds of signs in the store telling me this. I didn’t see any signs. No one informed me of this. On the bill in minuscule print apparently there is mention of this. Feel like I was scammed! Obviously they don’t stand behind there products.

Ich habe mit meiner Bewertung bewusst so lange gewartet, um ein ehrliches Ergebnis zu bekommen.
Die Verkäuferin in der Getreidegasse war sehr nett, allerdings auch hektisch und mit den Preisangaben dermassen schnell, betreff Sonderangebot bei zwei Ampullen und nur heute nochmal günstiger, blabla.
Egal, das Ergebnis nach dortiger Probe war beachtlich und ich habe 2 Ampullen Ruby für di Augen gekauft, 350 Euro mit dem Versprechen, dass eine Ampulle bei wöchentlicher Anwendung 18 Monate reicht. Dem war definitiv nicht so, sondern gerade mal 6 Monate.
Die Qualität war gar nicht mal so schlecht, aber ich fühle mich völlig über den Tisch gezogen.
Eine telefonische Nachfrage und eine Nachfrage per Mail blieben natürlich unbeantwortet.
Definitiv- Finger weg.

I booked an appointment at the Burlington Clinic for Monday at 1:00 p.m. and had to confirm this not once but twice. I drove across town, parked, walked through the Mall and after finding the Clinic, I was met by a yiung women who was just minding the premises and who advised me that there was no one else there! Nobody called, emailed or anything. Some business that does this to their clients!!!
