This company Warren James, that runs the site has no idea when anything is sent. It’s been 20 days and I have yet to receive any notification to tell me the order was processed. 20 days to process an order. What a nightmare.
I will never order from this site again. I can just imagine how bad the quality going to be if the customer service is this bad.

Ordered items to get post card and stickers for 10m subs event, had to order over a certain amount to get these, however they did not turn up, and have been told they were limited, this was not stated when ordering, the other items ordered were of standard quality and nothing special for the price paid, maybe the Krew need to review who they are getting to do there merch and looking after their fanbase...

It took a pretty normal time to arrive, 2-3 weeks. The product is just how it looked in the picture actually! Its very soft and adorable. Now, i will say the price for such a small plushie m is kind of outrageous, $37. But, it is very well made and uses expensive materials and fabrics, so i can understand. Anyways, if you are a fan of krew or maybe you just like cute little plushies, i would recommend this.

I would give less than one star if I could. My daughter is obsessed with this ridiculous company and I blame myself as a result for ordering from them more than once. Each time there is radio silence for weeks and then, if I am lucky, half of what I order arrives. There have been issues with the three orders I have placed with this vendor. There is no one to contact and no one available to help. Luckily my credit card company had them on file already and were able to get me a refund on the crap that they sent.

Great quality products and shipping time is great too! We have bought many items and received several shipments over the last few years.

I've ordered many items from Krew District from plush to blankets to kid clothing and most were really poor quality products. Also, dry clean only...for kid's PJs. WHAT??

I have ordered twice from their site. The first for Halloween and it just made it on time. I was cutting it close. For Christmas, I ordered in advance and no issues. Two other family members ordered from the site a couple of weeks before Christmas and the products made it in time! The quality of everything has been great. My daughter has so many different squishies, onesies, etc and all have been GREAT quality. Shipping is not fast so order in advance. So worth it if you child likes them

Absolutely horrific experience. DO NOT BUY from them!!! Takes forever for the order to arrive, when you are sent the tracking code the website is all in Chinese so you can't work out where your items are. Order finally arrived today (to late for my requirements) and received an item I didn't order and didn't get one of the things the child really wanted. Then when I went to look up how to return the items I discovered on the website you can only get a refund by way of a credit note for their online store. So now I have items I don't want, didn't order and can't get my money back. From my experience it would appear they only order the manufacture of the item in China once you order and pay for it online. Horrific shopping experience. If I could I would give it negative stars. Do not buy from this company.

Placed order 2nd week of November thinking 40 days was plenty of time for xmas delivery, they took my money immediately but didn't ship my order until end of November sent emails asking what was up with order, was told processing and would ship immediately, here we are 6 days before xmas order still not here when i track still in east bum f#ck and my emails are going unanswered, wish I would of read the reviews before orderd merchandise is way over priced and now I'll be lucky if I recieve

worst company ever had to deal with, bought some items for my sons birthday and hermes lost it obviously, was offered store credit, but never given. no apologies or anything DO NOT USE they only care about money not the customer. many attempts at talking to them but nothing. you won't get your items and they don't care.

Ordered large Mystery Box - 5 items advertised - only 4 arrived. Terrible customer service! Refusing to rectify and refusing to accept return. For being aimed at kids you sure do know how to upset them!!

I ordered a plushies from there. They arrived in great condition. But it took way to long. About 2 months it took to have them arrive here.
