NON DATEGLI UN CENTESIMO , FREGATURA ASSICURATA !!!! SE POTEVO METTEVO ZERO STELLE.
Trapano avvitatore scarso, le punte creano un cerchio, non fa il trapano e nemmeno il battente. Le punte in dotazione sono di latta, i giri di rotazione e tutto il resto non è quello dichiarato. La batteria non e' come nella foto da 6 ah ma da 2ah, il carica batteria pesa meno di una chiavetta usb, la durata della batteria è da giocattolino, in sintesi è una truffa, è tutto falso. VANNO FERMATI.Rispondono alle mail firmandosi Jojo finchè non chiedi il rimborso poi spariscono.
COMFERMO ESATTAMENTE COME IL MALCAPITATO AMICO CHE......Tramite un sito civetta, spacciandosi per una azienda islandese, promuove, anche su Amazon, la vendita di un rasoio elettrico, che sarebbe il migliore tra i dieci più performanti in commercio.
In realtà si tratta di un prodotto basico, molto ordinario, realizzato in Cina, venduto senza fatturazione e garanzia. Qualora l’acquirente volesse restituirlo, sempre che i tempi di consegna siano compatibili con la politica di resa aziendale, i costi sarebbero superiori a quello d’acquisto, sicché si tratta di una vendita online ingannevole che non risponde a quanto reclamizzato.

ho acquistato un trapano avvitatore che recensivano come prodotto professionale , in E' un GIOCATTOLO, un trapano hobbistico vale molto di più, batteria difettosa e con pochissima durata, mandrino che si piega appena si applica un minimo di forza, veramente SCADENTE.
Ho Contattato assistenza e non ne vogliono sapere del reso, a differenza di cosa scrivono nella loro politica resi.
In sostanza una ditta con prodotti MOLTO SCADENTI e PESSIMO senza servizio assistenza clienti, meglio stare alla larga da loro.

SCAM!!!SCAM!!! Anyone thinking of buying from this company, DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!! I bought an electric shaver, which looked great when my husband took it out of the box, however it doesn't work! Not a single bit of hair gathered inside, simply doesn't work,absolutely not fit for purpose! Cheap crap!! I was sucked into false reviews on their website and wished I'd read trust pilot first! Complete and utter waste of money, and the aftersales are shocking, offering 5%refund because it was out of the 14 day return policy...what an insult! Also I apparently had it as a half price offer of £79.99, but since seen them for £50, so again was fooled into thinking it was a good deal! The only thing I take from this experience is I'll never get conned again!! So take it from me DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Unfortunately I replied to a sponsored advertisement from Hong Kong, stating it was the top shaver of 2025 The shaver arrived safely but its cheap Chinese tat. When I tried to return it they made it impossible to complete. Offered me a 15% bribe to keep it! Do not use this company or buy from their website. Cheap rubbish. Avoid! This is a genuine review.

Ho effettuato un ordine mai arrivato ho scritto tantissime volte all assistenza ma non ho ricevuto il supporto adeguato e non mi è stato mai restituito il denaro. Sono dei ladri!

Do Not use this company. I purchased a Leaf Blower from them after reading a review which gave it 10 out of 10. When I received it the switch was faulty and I sent all the details they asked for. I have asked for my money back and all they keep offering is a replacement Leaf Blower which I don't want.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I whole heartedly agree with the other 1 star reviews on here, Kozenix is a company that misrepresents what it actually is - a Chinese/Hong Kong based company selling regular products at vastly inflated prices.

How do they do this? By creating fake articles and reviews online to convince mugs like me that their leaf blower was the best on the market, the article even suggested that the leaf blower was manufactured in Iceland 😄.

When you come to ordering they use the Groupon approach of suggesting that stock is dropping quickly and you need to order quickly before they sell out, I can’t believe I fell for it - Just sold to Dave in Leeds” 😄

I realised my mistake in ordering their product 5 minutes after placing it but even though I sent them an immediate cancellation of the order they informed me that it had already shipped.

The returns process have been covered by other users on here, it’s a joke.

Overall I would recommend that everyone stays well clear of Kozenix, go on eBay and buy a £40 leaf blower instead

Son unos estafadores.
Pedí a través de su web en robot limpiacristales kocenics y me enviaron un producto chino en caja china y que se vende por un valor 3 veces menor en la web.
Intenté devolverlo y te dicen que lo tienes que enviar a hongo Kong y que no se hacen responsables si no llega y se pierde y que tengo que pagar los gastos de aduana y que si lo retienen tampoco se hacen cargo etc etc etc.

Please do not use this company. My opinion is that it should not be allowed to continue trading in the UK. I am about to report it to trading standards. I ordered and paid for a pair of binoculars which took a long time to arrive. I was not happy with the item but found it impossible to initiate a return and kept being fobbed off with offers of 10% and then 15%. Eventually was told that I would have to return the item to Hong Kong and pay the postage, customs and import charges. There was no mention of this on their sales site, only an address in Germany. I consider this to be misrepresentation.

This is a fake company that pretends to be Europe-based while in fact shipping everything from China. It is not a brand in its own right - you will receive generic Chinese products that are near-impossible to return. Avoid like the plague.

The action camera is easy to use and the video quality is pretty good - though the battery does seem to drain a bit faster than I'd like.

Estos mini binoculares se ven bastante nítidos durante el día. En condiciones de poca luz pierden algo de claridad, pero para observaciones diurnas funcionan bien.

The suction on this breast pump is good, and I love how quiet it is. I can even use it while my baby is napping nearby without any issues.

This company refuse to do refunds on faulty goods. The goods are cheap Chinese stuff that are available on wholesale websites like AliBaba and Temu, marked up for a massive profit. They send the shipping data from China and it takes over 2 weeks which goes beyond their refund policy.
I bought a camera which will not save information onto SD cards and wipes the information on them. Kozenix will not let me return it.

Very bad company very bad products. Very bad customer service. They won’t take back items like the law requires. They offer 10% refund so they don’t have to give you a refund. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

After using this hair clipper a few times, I can say it feels comfortable to hold and quite reliable.

I ordered a thermostat on 11 Sep 2025 and realised minutes later it wasn’t compatible. I am based in the UK.

I emailed immediately to cancel, but Kozenix replied at 05:32 saying it had already shipped. The parcel arrived two weeks later from a UK address (Yodel Return YW, Farnham GU9 7UG).

I requested a return address within their 14-day policy (available on their website) and was ignored, then was offered 5% and 10% “compensation” (with me keeping the device that is of no use to me).

When I persisted, they demanded I send the product to Hong Kong, pay customs fees, and accept a 15% deduction — none of which appear in their published Refunds & Returns page, which lists Frankfurt, Germany as the return address.

This conduct violates UK Consumer Law. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud, and am pursuing a Section 75 claim via HSBC/Visa.
The website appears UK-based but behaves like a cross-border drop shipper. Proceed with extreme caution.
