This website is a total scam. My dress got “delivered” to a wrong location far away from my city. I thought it had only happened to me but apparently it happened to everyone else too. I got to speak to someone on email and they told me that I was gonna be refunded (The refund never came! SCAM.

Total scam.I placed an order 12/4/2025 it’s 1/19/2026 and nothing. The email provided is not valid and they do not return calls . Like the other reviews they claim the item was delivered, but not to me. Stay away. DO NOT waste your time or money. I give them a zero.

I wish I could give them a negative star. Corrupt lying scam artist. I ordered a bag. They sent it to a city 351 miles from here. Do not return any calls. Do not return emails. I put in a complaint with PayPal they said oh they would refund and send me the bag if I remove the complaint. Yes I stupidly remove the complaint and you can’t re-file it But I found a way around. I just changed the reason. PayPal is using their shipping label, which is a wrong address. Yes, they did ship something but not to me. Do not use them.

I wish we could leave negative stars. And I wish I would’ve found this website before I ordered from them because like everyone else I was scammed. Apparently my package was delivered, but it was delivered to a completely different city not even me!! no refund no way to get a hold of them no answer. I did a credit card dispute.

This website is terrible never got the purse I ordered an couldn’t get in touch with anyone after I never received it!Did not even get my money back!Very Frustrating

If you could give negative stats I would. Got scammed out of $150. Ordered a dress, it didn’t arrive, I managed to get an email back telling me a refund was coming and it’s never arrived. The emails all
Bounce back.

Don’t bother ordering or asking for your money back, you’ll get neither.

I ordered two dresses separately from this company and both showed delivered to the wrong address. Customer service stopped replying. I got my money back from PayPal because kovadress wouldn't respond.

This is a scam company. They admitted item was mailed to another address. They never issued a refund. Do not buy from this company.

This is the worst service I have ever received, I’ve ordered a month ago my package it’s saying delivered not even to an address I know , I’m trying to email and it’s not working….
I need to get a refund immediately!!!

The tracking tells us it was delivered, but DHL says there is no shipping to our adress.
Kovadress email is not availible.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site on shop. They were ordered December 1st then saw tracking weeks later that said it was delivered to another town not near me. I wish I read the reviews they are horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Well it looks like I got scammed. Tracking number shows delivered in Dec 16. Today is Dec 21 and nope. I ordered the same dress from a different seller and it didn't fit. I tried this seller to try to get another one to try to get one for alterations. It never showed up. The support@ kovadress.com email was returned undeliverable. I'm so mad.

SCAM!!! Do Not Order from Kovadress!! I wish I had read the reviews before paying for 2 items!!!! I was given a tracking number. Then after a month I emailed them to check on the status. They said it's in transit within the United States. Then the tracking number showed it was delivered to some random city in Texas! I emailed them again but they stopped responding. I tried clicking on their website for bags and the "page is not found". Ugh I'm out a $100. Hope this review helps someone else from being scammed by these people!

Omg, wish had read the reviews before purchasing. First, it took forever for them to send out tracking information, then said that it was delivered in the lobby and we have a secured package room. Now my email says undeliverable.

100% a scam. They said it was delivered and I received nothing, then they told me it was delivered to the wrong address and they would look into it. I had to follow up again and they said they couldn't do anything so they offered a refund. I accepted and they said it could take some time. I wait 3 weeks then email for an update and now the email bounces. Don't waste your time and energy like I did. Now I have to dispute the charge.

it is scum!!!! Do not trust this website. My package show as delivered/ but I never received any/ Delivery was at mailbox to different zip and location/ I've contacted USPS and they never delivered anything in that location. Total scum? they giving you wrong, not existing tracing number to calm you down! But I've opened dispute in my bank about to recharge back. Hope i'll get my money back!

TOTAL SCAM I REPORTED SO MANY TIMES SO WHY IS KOVADRESS STILL HAVE A ACTIVE SITE AND NO ARREST MADE YET THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF £48 TRACKING SAY IT WAS DELIVERED IN SHEFFIELD 5HRS AWAY FROM ME AND THEY HAVE NO LIVE CHAT NOT CONTACT NUMBER AND THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL AND NOW MY ADDRESS ITS SEEMS AS GETS SAYING POSTMASTER UNSENT EMAIL BUT TRYED A EMAIL AT DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND DIFFERENT EMAIL AND WORKED FINE !!! CANT CONTACT THEM AT ALL LUCKY I TOLD BANK ON THE APP AND THE BANK REFUNDED ME IN SECONDS SO BANK MUST KNOW ABOUT THIS HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE SO COLD HEARTED AND SCAM PEOPLE!!

UPDATE THE WEB SITE HAS NOW DISAPPEARED!! WITH MY MONEY AS WELL
