Fantastic service and quality equipment
We often hire equipment from KOREC and my experience with them has been positive. On the very rare occasion that we have an issue with the gear Natalie is always incredibly proactive and the issue is always rectified post-haste. In my many years surveying I can definitely say that KOREC offer the best customer service as well as the best gear in Trimble.
Great Engineering Equipment and Support
As a small engineering team in a civil engineering company, we rely heavily on the upkeep, maintenance and availability of surveying equipment. Korec have provided great new equipment (Total Stations and GPS') on time at a fair price and have always been happy to help with any technical queries we had along the way

I am Chandana Gunasekera. I have been working as a civil engineer since 1996. I have been using Leica total station for my work until February 2025 when I started a job with Volkerfitzpatrick. When I went to the site I came accross that all the survey equipments they have been using were Trimble. Which was a massive change for me and being the only one engineer and on top of the workload plus to get used to the Trible was a gigantic chalange for me. Few times i had a thought to quit the job as the stress on me was very high. Then I met this gentlemen who is the representative and the technical support for the Trimble supplier Korec Group. His name is John Blackburn. With his fulkest support and guidance I am working on Trimble instruments with confidance and stress free. Without his support I may be at home. He always answers his phone and vists the site when I request. He can remember a-z on trimble total staions and GPS by heart and understand the issue straigtaway. I wish him all the best and would like to say he is a big asset for Korec group

Exceptional Support from Korec and Kave
I recently switched from Leica to Trimble and experienced some challenges with my new Trimble kit. I reached out to support and was fortunate to be assisted by Kave. I was so impressed that I made sure to ask for his name so I could leave this review. His patience and expertise were outstanding as he guided me through the process of importing my maps and jobs step by step and setting up my base. He made sure I understood every part of the process and resolved my issue efficiently.
I called again with another problem shortly after, and once again he came through, solving it remotely without any hassle. He also saved us from a lot of trouble with a drone by helping out with some tips on TBC. His dedicated and professionalism are truly exceptional. I'd give him 11 out of 10!
