This is a scam website
This is a scam website. I made a order and no email of confirmation was sent when I contacted for assistance they told me the item I ordered was out of stock and they had to update the website. When I asked for a refund they said the order was never made and were really rude about it, they told be to give them my order number which "won't exist as I didn't make a order". They offered no assistance and claimed I was lying or joking instead of trying to help me solve the issue.The worst customer service experience ever thank god paypal cancelled the transaction within 74 hours. DO NOT trust, they are unprofessional and have no customer service skills if you order from them good luck getting your items.

If you made an order on our store, it doesn't make sense at all that you do not know your address and your contact number! Indeed, you never made a payment on our store by paypal. Because of your inquiry, we also inquired it to Paypal, they confirmed us that we never received any payment regarding your order. And we also inquired about your issue to the Shopify manager, they also told us that there was only a try to make payment on our store, but the payment was not completed at all from your side. If you are telling us a TRUTH, why you do not let us know your order number and your contact number and why you didn't ask about your issue to paypal? Also there was no response from you at all on our inbox (our shopify management) If you think we lost your money and you are scammed by us, why you avoid our contact and never reply to us? Currently, we are looking for ways to deal kind of your case at our side. Shame on yourself! and no more LIES.
