I finally got my socks after three weeks. When I tried them on they were way too tight. So much for one size fits. I have emailed them about five times trying to get a return address so I can get a refund. They want pictures of the socks on my feet. I said no. Just give me the address. They are very reluctant and so far no return address. I will never ever buy from them again. I feel like I’ve been scammed. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Scam.
Nobody EVER answers ANY email or chat message. There is a chatbot that stops answering if you ask something that mentions a refund or return.
They claim less than 1% returns. Of course, because they refuse to answer any contact to process ANY returns. The "30 day money back guarantee" is a SCAM becuase nobody EVER ANSWERS.

The advertised one size fits all...doesn't. My toes don't even reach the toe holes of the socks when my heel is in the heel of the sock. Zero response from the company. They are not honoring their advertised guarantees and I can't wear the socks. No way to return them or get a guaranteed refund. There's zero response so I'm stuck with socks I can't wear. I'm angry and I think this company pays very little for the 'socks' and then sells at a marked up price as being something special and has no intention of honoring any guarantee or refund. It's a win/win for them and a lose/lose for you. I will not order anything from them.

I have had the same experience as some of the others here. I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased. I, too have sent multiple email with absolutely no response. Don't buy from this company!!!

Same as almost all the other reviews! I have sent 5 emails with no reply. These socks dont do as advertised! The reviews on the website are clearly fabricated. What an absolute waste of money! These guys are criminals. DO NOT BIY THESE SOCKS!

It's just a regular reinforced sock. Everything goes through it, you can feel Everything, and your feet will end up very dirty. Don't buy.

I ordered their products three times. The first time they arrived, and I loved them. I wore them everywhere. They didn't last nearly as long as I hoped they would. But they were the most comfortable thing ever.

I ordered a second pair when I was in Poland. I was there for a month. The socks never arrived. They tried to deliver them 2 days (so they say) after I left Poland. They don't give you an option to rush and their time frames are very optimistic.

Because I was 50/50 on the company at this point, I decide to try and order another pair. So I did, it says they were delivered at the Nova Poshta I selected but Alas, they don't have them there.

The biggest problem with this company is they don't really provide tracking information. They just use one of those fake, ghetto want to be tracking platforms, whose updates are about as useful/accurate as "your product is moving around the solar system".

Will not spend another cent with this company. Requesting a fraud chargeback from bank.

I am Mens size USA 13. The konjoun socks do not fit at all! My toes will not go into the socks. If you are over USA US mens size 12 DO NOT BUT Konjoun

Do not purchase. They took my money quickly and I received them quickly, but they hurt my feet and did not work as advertised. I have tried to contact them five times according to their customer service a full refund was promised on their advertisement, but they do not respond. This is clearly a scam. Zero replies from the email given for customer service I have not yet found another way to contact them, but continue to get advertisements for them saying to feel free to reach out with any questions.

Socks do not fit. Very uncomfortable.

Run away from this company! Product arrived and did not fit nor perform as advertised. Once I requested a refund, they ghosted me. They stopped replying completely. I can’t recall ever leaving a negative review but I’m taking the time to hopefully help others avoid this scam! Take care and stay safe out there!

Not worth the money. Not as advertised

The socks do not electrically ground as advertised.

Ordered a 4 pack of the super socks. Received tracking notification and that they were delivered on May 2nd. Never received the product. Tried to contact them for weeks asking for proof of delivery or a refund. They said they would send another order. I asked for tracking and they said they would send it when the product shipped. A week went by and I contacted them again. Now they have stopped responding. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They don't live up to their policy and their response is to ignore you until you go away. Total scam.

I received my "One size fits all" socks, they don't fit my toes, the big toe is tight and I can't get my little toes to align properly. I asked for a return and refund. I got an email to buy more product using the code "Return15" which would give me 15% off an additional purchase?? Really, I don't like the way they fit, why would I purchase more?

Absolutely disgusting company. Offer a money back guarantee but refuse to reply to requests for a refund. Products not as described. Don’t waste your money

Never got my order. I ordered one pair to try out. I guess that is one too many, and the last. Got emails saying it was on the way- I have no evidence of that. Tracking number they provided was not recognized by their site! Do not fall into this trap!

I wouldn't even give it a one star if this option was available!! Their 24/7 support that they proclaim is non existant and it appears I will never receive the 30 day money back guarantee that they guarantee. I bought 6 pairs and their sizing is definitely not appropriate. Way too big!!! I have sent numerous emails over the past month, contacted them through their chat line with all the details, sent emails with photographs of why the product is not suitable, asked for the address to return the product (this is what they say to do under refund policy). I then had one email after 3 weeks asking what the problem is and went through it all again and a week later no answer. I tried to call the contact number on their website which isn't even in use!!!! Very dodgy!!!! I am in Australia so the conversion rate for payment was quite high. Through experience, I am unable to recommend this company or their product!

Socks don’t fit. The toes are elongated. The material is less strong than you’d want. There no customer service: they simply don’t respond. I threw away my money on something I can’t use.

I ordered my socks and never got them. Their tracking showed it was delivered but they weren't. I work from home so know if something is delivered and I live in the suburbs and only have 1 neighbor, and it wasn't delivered there.
