Paid for it but it doesn't work - no reply from customer service! Nothing! So now I have to try and get my money back, no idea how! AVOID!!! SCAM!!!

Terrible communication
The owner Robby reached out to me asking me to make a video showcasing their software. I agreed a few weeks later since I was in the market for a new email marketing software.
I spent only $50ish bucks and received a few free credits. However the problem was they never got back to me on questions I had to activate the campaign.
So I have a campaign that’s been pending review for weeks, asked customer support a couple of times for help, reached out to Robby and never got a response.
In short, I got scammed.

Good Support
I came here specially to change my feedback as the support was really helpful and was able to solve my issue. Also the support exceeded my expectations by going an extra mile. my campaigns have started sending emails and i am sure I am going to start seeing good results soon

In this day and age, you try so many things to create new revenue, yet most offers are misleading, and suck you in, then require an upgrade. Konecta keeps their word, and delivers there promise.

Konecta is pretty special because it's about as plug and play as it gets. For example, just when I was testing and not streamlining how I operate the software, my open rates averaged between 20%-25%, which I know I can easily push higher with even better copy. Show me another service with open rates as high as that. Small learning curve like anything else worth learning, but after a few minutes of clicking around you will understand how to run the software. Try out the software (or don't and leave more leads for me, I don't mind).

The best cold outreach system!
We have been looking for a cold outreach email system to automate our marketing for years now and finally found the answer in Konecta. Their system makes it so easy to get up and running in under 10 mins. Their backend analytics break down exactly how our campaigns are running allowing us to make adjustments as needed. Their support team have been quick and efficient in solving any problems we have faced. I wouldn't be going anywhere else but to these guys.
