Hi HP SPARKLE,
We’re so sorry to hear you’ve had this uncomfortable experience 😔. Every customer’s feedback means so much to us, and we take product safety very seriously.
After checking our Shopify order records, we haven’t found any purchase linked to your account. If you bought our product, you can share your order number right here on Trustpilot, or reach out to our support team at **support@kolybellash.com** with your order number, and we will carefully look into this for you ✨.
We know eye discomfort can be really upsetting. On rare occasions, lash adhesive may cause irritation, which can relate to individual ingredient sensitivity, application process or product storage/expiry status. **All our products have passed professional testing and certifications.**
We hope to hear from you soon so we can help resolve this 💛.
Best regards,
KOLYBEL Support

Odpowiedź od KOLYBEL LASH
Hi Richard,
We’re truly sorry to hear about the poor retention your client experienced with our lash glue, especially as you’re an experienced lash technician with many years in the industry. This is absolutely not the performance we aim for our professional-grade adhesive.
There are several factors that can impact lash retention, including humidity levels, glue storage, prep steps for natural lashes, and application technique. We’d love to troubleshoot this with you one-on-one and make this right.
Please reach out to our support team at support@kolybellash.com or our store email with your order number, and we’ll offer a full resolution, plus share our professional glue usage guide to help boost retention for your future sets.
We greatly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continuously improve our products for lash artists like you.
