AJ had contacted me through the email that I supplied and she had told me that the wrong brush got sent to me and they're going to make it right they're going to send me the right brush which is very cool I really appreciate AJ getting to that because it would be really great to find out if the lymphatic brush will work for my face at my age but I look forward to it I think they're cool

I am seeing less puffiness. I do it first thing in the morning after waking and washing my face and again at night at the end of my day after taking off my make up. I look forward to using my two brushes. I really enjoy the process. I especially see the results in my neck. So much so that I stopped my every two week, "at home" injectables and cancelled that subscription. I'm thrilled with this product and am so happy I came across it.

The product I received is completely different and inferior to the product advertised on the Kojeva website/social media. The product was purchased through their Shop account and I now receive daily emails from the company still advertising a product of different to what was sent. This company is a complete scam. (I would try to post of photo or a link but Reddit doesn't allow it) Buyers beware!

Came in a timely matter. The brush itself is so soft its actually a joy to use, can be taken everywhere. My only complaint is that the care came slightly damaged. But over all love my kojeva brush

Took 3 weeks to receive my brush and when it came it was broken and not the brush advertised, completely different shape. The brush bristles were separate from the handle. I purchased it from the actual website. I've been inundated with emails, spamming and also one that said they had sent me the wrong brush, and it was one that wasn't out yet, making out as though I'm special for having it. They then proceeded to try and trick me into a survey where they then put a small amount of money into my account for doing it. Suspicion then raised when I saw others saying the company was taking hidden subscriptions of £49.99. I didn't do the survey as they would want my details and probably scam me there. Very disappointing and frustrating. I never usually buy hyped products and this is why...

However I still do not see the "new" brushes online at all and really am wondering if I have been sent the wrong ones. I know it might seem strange but if the straight edge brushes are the new style why are they not being advertised ?

I've only used this product for a couple of days but the results are pretty accurate to the ads that I saw. It's convenient to bring on the go too!

I just started using my Kojeva. I noticed a slight difference so hopeful this will build as I go!

I wish I had read the details a little closer. Because it looked like a natural bristle brush that had a wooden handle, I purchased two of them. One to give as a gift.
But it is not natural bristles. They are some kind of plastic. The handle that’s painted to look like wood is not wood; it is also plastic.
It feels good during first massage, but once I realized it’s made with plastic bristles, I felt like - ugh - pretty sure I don’t need any more micro-plastics making their way into my body. That being said, if they were to redesign the tool and make it in a real bristle brush and a wooden handle, I would definitely buy one.

I love the softness and curved design of the face brush. Great product and I’d highly recommend

Since receiving my brushes I have used them right away. I love how they feel very soft bristles, my skin feels so good after I finish my massage.
