I ordered and paid but no driver was at the airport. "Support" doesn't give any answer so I booked another taxi and lost money. I clearly don't recommend.

Horrible service. Not possible to communicate by provided phone number and only communication is an AiBot who keeps you in a loop.
Driver got the wrong information and did not Pick us up as expected, and no willingness to help us with an earlier Pick up on the Way Home. Can NOT recommend!

Barcelona - airport.
Absolute scam. Booked premium ride with travel agent. Some fat indian guy dressed like hes homeless put me in a battered old taxi that I could have hired for 20% of the price he pre-charged me.
Scam artists - taking money upfront via travel companies and doing nothing more than calling a local taxi when you arrive.
I feel absolutely robbed.

Zero stars if possible terrible service. Arrived the driver kept messaging when we was getting off plane got outside nowhere to be seen. Arrived 45 mins late saying his round the corner.
Day of coming back terrible service nobody turned up when finally got through to somebody said driver car broke down and i get my ow way to the airport at 4am in the morning

This company is a scam! They have nothing to do with professionalism. I don't recommend them, they're a complete disaster!

Reserved and paid for car service through Expedia for a ride from Cape Liberty to JFK. Could never reach KOI to confirm pick up time as we were getting off a cruise ship. I tried contacting them at each port with no answer!!!
Morning we are to get off cruise ship my phone starts blowing up with extremely rude messages on What’s App. We were told we were a no show at the port at 6 am!!! Ship didn’t dock until 815 am. 1. How could you not see there was NO ship! 2. That is not the time we requested with no answer back from KOI.
We had to use a cab at an extra cost. Get home and start conversation with Expedia. First I was assured that they would take care of the problem and me. Told by supervisor that it wouldn’t be happening.
As much as we wanted to fulfill your request, please note that Koiride - USD strict to the rules and restrictions, and we do not have the authority to refund or override their policies.

We know that the resolution provided is different from what you have expected. Our apologies will not suffice for what transpired to your trip.

However, please know that our operations team will continue to do our best to improve our customer service procedures so an incident like this will not happen in the future.

Dont book with them, through them or anything related to them
Check carefully who is prividing the service when you book through booking.com or any other related service. Make sure the company you book is not KOI ride.

THEY DONT PAY SUPPLIERS AND OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT REPORT TO AIRPORTS OR PICK UP LOCATIONS FOR CLIENTS..
MEANING: Clients who paid the service are left stranded..

Attention... this company does not pay drivers for the trips made... do not fall for it... they are scammers and a pyramid scheme

Was supposed to use them in Singapore for a pickup at 1145pm and called in the morning to see if we could change the time to an earlier slot .
i spoke to their customer service team who were rude and unhelpful , i eventually went with a local firm.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone , stay clear of this company.

Arrived at LAX after a long day of travel. We followed the instructions to meet the driver but no one was there. We waited for an hour checking with all the other drivers. We paid for a taxi to take us to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel 2 hours after we should have met our driver, we got a text with completely different instructions as to where we were to meet the driver. I have emailed the company and not had the courtesy of a reply.

I ordered a car for our transfer from Istambul old town to airport, very early in the morning. The driver never showed up and the phone number provided 1. Was not a Turkish number, 2. Was not available on whatsapp. I took a normar taxi and made it to the aiport but it was frustrated and tight. Never again ride with these guys.

Booked through Airporttransfer.com. For Brandenberg airport. They quoted "Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it." No one was there. The driver sent a photo to Airporttransfer saying they were there and had messaged me. The photo was from a different terminal 2 hours later (as assumed by the arrivals board in the background...it could even have been a different day) and I received no message on my phone. Airporttransfer were no help, insisting he was there by looking at their GPS. Nevertheless he was not at the meeting point. 100 euros and precious holiday time lost. Wish i had read these reviews :(

Bei unserer Ankunft am Flughafen Antalya war kein Fahrer der Firma Koiride vor Ort, obwohl der Transfer im Voraus bestätigt wurde. Keine Information, keine Kontaktaufnahme – wir standen ratlos da. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen, jemanden zu erreichen, mussten wir uns selbst um eine Alternative kümmern. So stellt man sich einen Urlaubsstart definitiv nicht vor.
Ich habe sogar ein Video vom leeren Treffpunkt – absolut inakzeptabel. Nie wieder Koiride.

I booked a ride with KoiRide via Booking.com for a short airport transfer. All I can say is, the whole experience was excellent. I received clear instructions where to meet the driver, the driver and car were excellent and I cannot praise them enough. The driver even took time to check my flight and suggest we left earlier than I booked but that was them being cautious, but good all the same. I would recommend it might be best to do a booking via Booking.com rather than directly but that's just my preference as Booking.com customer services have more options if there is a problem. Also, sending the driver a pic of where you are and what you look like greatly aids pickup :)

horrible company, never pay to the driver and supplier, cheating every supplier and driver, they just refuse to pay, garbage company, no credit at all.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Booked an airport transfer from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan for 4 adults and cases! Came out of JFK to a building site, no cabs whatsoever and being messaged by the driver that he was outside at a parking lot which was a lie! We were then told to get the Airtrain to T8 where he would be waiting in bay F3 which he wasn’t! The car (Toyota Highlander) was too small for my party as one of the passengers had to sit in a seat with the luggage! Totally unsafe! The return trip was even worse. Car was smaller again (Toyota Corolla cross) and the rear seats had to be pushed forward to accommodate the cases leaving one of the rear seats not locked in place and totally dangerous! And he arrived at the rear of the hotel and not where we were waiting at the front where the taxis were able to access. The look on the drivers face was a picture when he saw 4 adult passengers and 4 cases! After our 1st journey I did message the company to provide a suitable sized car for our return to JFK but had no response. Avoid this company at all costs and if you book through an agent like Holiday Extras please check which company they have booked with and cancel if it’s Koi!

We paid the full price for a pick up and drop off service to and from the airport.
We were in Marrakesh, Morocco. We were picked up on arrival. A few days before our departure, we felt like we were ghosted. So, I ended up booking another transportation. They have contacted us only a few hours prior to departure. DO OT BOOK with this company. Has poor communication. Waste of money and time!

The booking was for an SUV to greet and collect us from JFK airport. None of which took place.

I paid for a premium SUV car, the car we met was a Honda Accord. The service also included meet and greet at the airport, which also did not happen. My elderly mother and I were forced to find the driver out in the parking bays, in a place we have never been before.

I challenged the call handler at the time, I was told it's nothing to do with him. Nobody takes responsibility or even as much as an apology to retain a new customer.

Again, this is not the service I paid a premium for and I again request a refund for services not rendered.

As good as an unlicensed cab!
