Brand new toilet...2 weeks already not flushing...had to pay a plumber as much as it cost new to replace defective parts....called kohler...gave me the too bad oh well its your problem.....never ever again will I buy anything from this scam company.

We purchased kohler shower fixtures for a entire home remodel. Some of the shower fixtures failed. We called kohler customer service and they said that they no longer carry the trim for our shower fixtures which was fairly new. They offer to send us new fixtures which we pay for. Our plumber tells us that the fixtures do not work.

We contacted kohler customer service and they tell us that they will warranty out the shower fixtures as per their warranty by giving us a 50% discount on new shower fixtures. We select new fixtures but when we ask for the total price the price is almost more then what the newly selected shower fixture set will cost.

When we ask them what happened they tell us well we gave you 50% off not the price of the fixture set that we sell to everyone but some much higher almost double in cost list price which nobody pays.

In essence they did not honor their warranty they lied about the discount. BUYER BEWARE!!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE BUY KOHLER YOU WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY AND THEY WILL USE A NON EXISTING LIST PRICE TO OFFER A DISCOUNT WHICH IS ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT WE ALL PAY.

I am living hell on earth getting my tub installed! What was suppost to be two days Instalation it's now over 12 days! The project manager keeps gas lighting me. Sales person disappeared. It's even better. Because if there is a person who does not have a clue about her job. This is her. She decided to pay engineer. Moved all plumbing and draining! Now my shower is coming from a paper thing wall from my walking closet. Can you smell the mold in the air?Construction crew is nice BUT the reviews from the company are very scary West Shore Homes. This company wants me to be here for the city inspection. Have never seen this in my whole life. The company MUST be here for the city inspection. Anyways. City came. I failed both eletric and plumbing inspection because I had a leak that I told the project manager about it
And on top of demanding my presence here, when THEY should be here not me, with leak or without a leak. They never left the city permit. After the "fail from the city. The project manager the same one who gas light me all the time. And saw the refusal. Saw the photos and videos from the link. Told me THE CITY INSPECTOR never came. Well. Little he knew I have 16 cameras on my house and every single word the city inspectior said was recorded. I said knew. Because I sent him the video.
But like a gas light professional. He can't see my videos. Like the leak video I sent him. He said it's way too blur for him to be able to see ( recorded on a 8k iPhone 14 Max Pro)
The tub is brand new (according to them) And looks crapy and old. All scratched all with a horrible paint. How it was placed on my bathroom is not aligned at all. If regret would kill a person I would be 6 foot below right now. Spent 26k on a tub that looks horrible, used, the Instalation is poor. And I am truly afraid to ask about my double lifetime warranty. That I want this printed 1000000000000 times very clear
Also of course. I demand all the repairs to be made on this 26k tub
Honestly if you are reading this. Stay away from this tub, from KOHLER who makes horrible choices choosing their partners to make their Instalations

My complains will be longer than the Bible draft. Let me justasse here that I have several open holes on my walls and ceiling’s and this affected my house light system
KOHLER this company is using your name for this dirty job. Where is my amazing tub? Where is my two days installation ? Where is my double lifetime warranty? Where is my messy and worry free installation?

Ordering a part to fix the kitchen sink. Looked up part on their website. Their PDF gave the wrong part number, bought the wrong part. This was during the holiday when they were closed for days. Contacted live person at customer support. Was offered free part but with unknown delivery time. “We need time to manufacture the part.” This is a very common part, the sprayer hose, that starts leaking after about 5 years. Also very popular sink faucet. Not sure why they have to make each hose? Really? A week later they are still “processing” the order. Others say it can take a month to get a part. The website asks for feedback but the form will not work. No place to enter responses and sometimes it never loads. Not sure how Kohler can have such poor customer service.

Avoid this website, order products directly on Amazon. They do not provide return shipping labels (effectively meaning you only get back 50-80% of the price, plus dealing with shipping), they take way longer, and if you want fast shipping it's incredibly expensive. They don't describe the products very well either, it's impossible or tricky to distinguish between versions of the same model name. I think the most annoying thing is how slow the site is and awkwardly designed. I don't need to see graphics, I just need to find stuff.

Had a problem with the soft close hinges on our Candide toilet set. Customer support were very helpful and had a replacement seat to us within 24 hours, despite postal strikes. I'd buy from Kohler again and recommend.

Will never, ever buy another Kohler product again. For all the hype around style and quality they DO NOT stand behind their products. When my $7k whole house generator died just out of warranty and with less than 300 hours on it not only would they not replace it, but their customer service rep literally hung up on me when I said I was going to contact my state attorney general office to see if the consumer protection department could help me. Not only that, but when my husband asked to speak with their repair team (it needed multiple repairs and part replacements while still under warranty) they refused him, saying he could only talk with the distributor who had ZERO details on what went wrong with the unit. Clearly there was something very wrong with it they were trying to hide. Horrible company.

I ordered 3 toilets for ~$1200. 2 came in with all hardware, 1 was missing Kohler specific hardware. I waited for Monday when their office was staffed. They told me they couldn't ship it for 35 business days...and yet I could receive an entire toilet in 5 business days.

I asked if there was anything they could do to expedite and they said firmly no. I asked to speak with a manager. They said to purchase the part online and they'd issue a refund. Part was received in a weeks time...Kohler only refunded the cost of the part...not including shipping and taxes.

This was not my mistake. It was Kohler's. They played games with me and didn't have honor with the resolution. I give them a one star for customer service. I like the toilets...but come on, treat your customers better when it's not their fault you messed up.

I ordered a faucet during their 25% off sale and it was shipped out the next morning. I got it in 2 business days in very nice (but industrial) packaging. During install I had an issue with a part, the aerator housing wouldn't stay on with the water running. Other than this the installation was easy and the instructions left little room for error.

I called their customer care line and was speaking with a real, helpful person (shout out to Tara) within a few minutes. Their customer support line has a few option menus but none of the annoying robot asking questions that I've already answered for myself. Just straight to a person.

I explained my issue, gave her the product number, and she apologized it wasn't working and immediately ordered me a replacement part. No questions asked, no money paid. It was as pleasant and painless as calling customer support can be. So many companies are sacrificing good customer support for increased profit margins and I really appreciate that Kohler
hasn't.

After paying over £800 for a Kohler Sensate, sensor kitchen tap 6 years ago.
The main hose has developed a leak, a simple replacement I thought…

Reply from Kohler… “We do not supply spares anymore for your product, you will need a complete new tap…”

No spares anywhere in the UK from what I see… and no apology for a poor product lifespan.

Volgens de site na 2 dagen geleverd dat werden er 6.
Erg jammer is dat de klok als wandklok op de site wordt aangeboden en zonder enige vorm van bevestiging afgeleverd wordt. Aangezien de klok zwaar is en de achterplaat van een kunstoffsoort is dat een groot minpunt.

Bijzonder vreemd ook dat de prijs van deze klok elke keer veranderd op de site.

Wel super goed ingepakt afgeleverd, geen track en trace ontvangen op mail.

Purchased a Kennon Necoroc black matte kitchen sink, installed it in August. It has tons of scratches showing up white. Kohler says that normal wear and tear and I should have purchased the sink racks and cleaner for the composite sink. Well, that would have been nice to know when I ordered it from Home Depot, say like on the box, not as a recommendation or suggestion but as NECESSARY to keep it looking good. It looks bad after three months and they say oh well, its normal wear and tear.

I've bought Franklin composite sinks for two other houses we have lived in and never had this issue. So, don't buy this composite sink from Kohler, go Lowes and buy the Franklin sink.

My slow closing Kohler "Catchet" toilet seat cracked in half. I am not a big person and I thought that it was strange. I went on the internet and found many complaints about this specific problem w/ "Catchet" toilet seats, when I called Kohler customer service and told them about the multitude of complaints. All I was offered was a replacement seat at 1/2 price of 45.00!!! I wont be buying anymore Kohler products in the future! Johnny Ventura 818 249 1269

Toilets do not flush properly. I switched to a different brand after 3 bad Kohler experiences. I contacted Kohler and they advised the last model I purchased had been taken off the market and replaced with a new design. However they did not offer any compensation.

Had a minor issue with my Kohler bath faucet. Called customer service and replacement parts were at my home within a week free of charge. Otherwise their products have been flawless but the service gives me confidence if there is ever a future issue.

Very disappointed in how the company changed. Their toilet seats aren't made the same, and when I ordered one, it came without any bolts or screws. Not the best product anymore.

I have had various Kohler products over the years and always felt they were a quality brand.

I had some issues with a Kohler touchless faucet and had to call customer service as the issue kept occurring. The team was always incredibly helpful and though replacement parts were on back order, they went as far as to send a whole replacement faucet. The same issue happened with the replacement faucet and I had to call back, and again the parts were on backorder so the rep offered to send a completely different replacement faucet at no cost, and offered to overnight it.

I've had so many bad experiences made worse with bad customer service-- and though it's a bummer I have had issues with the faucet, Kohler has stood behind their products and ensured that it gets taken care of every time. It's unfortunately rare these days to find companies that invest in good customer service. Kohler clearly does, and it shows. The commitment to good customer service has made me a Kohler fan for life.

Do not buy Kohler toilets! You will find no replacement parts available (or a 1-2 month lead time to get a rebuild kit!) I was fortunate to find a local plumbing supply with 1 in stock. Kohler does great marketing but has terrible support for customers. Their parts are non-standard and will force you to hire a plumber for a simple fix. Shameful!
