When I purchased keko tv I accidentally made the purchase through link which is a 3rd party. I contacted them and they told me to contact keko because they are just a third party. Well I've sent keko 4 emails now with no response!

In der Regel kaufe ich da relativ gerne ein, nur was Kundenbeschwerden zum Produkt angeht und Rückmeldungen hierzu sind die nicht nur nachlässig sondern einfach ignorant und das finde ich "frech". Der Kauf eines Fliegengitters liegt schon ein wenig zurück. Daraufhin habe ich eine Beschwerde direkt an Kodi über eine Mailadresse: info@...... geschrieben, die auch ohne Probleme zugestellt wurde und zwar eine am 14.05.2025 und eine weitere am 29.05.2025 bis zum heutigen Tag keine Reaktion. Kein Bedauern nichts! Ich hatte das Kaufdatum die entsprechende Quittung und Bilder mit gesendet, gar nichts. Das ist wirklich Service Wüste Deutschland gelebt zu 100 % würde ich mal sagen.

Ich muss mich der unteren Bewertung anschließen,die Batterien halten nur sehr kurz, für die Uhr einen Tag.Sehr enttäuscht, Leider hatte ich mir Vorrat zugelegt und kein Bon mehr.Das müssen wohl alte Batterien sein,sie sind auch sehr leicht.Geht gar nicht!!!Die Kundenkarte funktioniert auch nicht,da wird man mit 20 Prozent gelockt und nichts geht.

Ende März 2024 Hygienespray gekauft. Auf der Kunststoffflasche klebte eine Kunststoff-Diebstahlssicherung. Erst Ende Mai 2024 nach Ablösen der aufgeklebten Diebstalsicherung festgestellt, Hygienespray sollte bis 07/2023 verbraucht werden. Haltbarkeit bei Kauf also bereits 8 Monate abgelaufen. Verbrauchsdatum geschickt überklebt. Ich hatte mich schon gewundert, warum auf ein Billigprodukt eine Diebstalsicherung aufgeklebt wurde. Kodie antwortete schriftlich auf Email, ich solle das Produkt unter Vorlage des Kassenzettels vom März 2024 im Laden umtauschen. Zufällig habe ich den Kassenzettel noch. Aber die An- und Abreise mit dem Bus wäre teurer, als das Produkt zu ca. 3,50 Euro. Wer weiß, wann ich sowieso mal wieder zu Kodi komme? Jedenfalls nicht extra zum Umtausch. Ist für Kodi keine gute Werbung.

Ein Stern ist eigentlich Zuviel. Ich wollte um 17:50 noch bei Kodi rein,Friedhofskerzen kaufen. Draußen war ein Mitarbeiter am Rauchen. Er sagte mir wir haben schon geschlossen und er hätte auch die Kasse nicht mehr drin. Sorry Leute, das geht gar nicht. Aber zum Glück gibt es auch Kerzen bei Netto!

My experience with Kodi on my Phillips Android TV over the past 5 months since I got my Android TV is frustration. Its all maintenance and little enjoyment. The channels are always freezing or won't load. Loading takes too long. Google fix suggestions don't work. If I didn't need it to watch wrestling I would have chucked it long ago. I tried all versions Omega and lower. Its all the same.

Leider bei Umtausch nur Gutscheine,das Guthaben muss somit bei Kodi reinvestiert werden oder ist verloren.Das ist heutzutage eine Frechheit,zumal es ärgerlich ist denn die Dinge dort sind preislich im obersten Segment.Dieser " Discount",der preislich keiner ist, ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss

I have reported to Google because they accept money from this company for sponsored ad listing. They claim to be based in Worcester, but telephone number is Reading, and address is London. Some reviewers say they've reported, so why has nothing been done about it?

The payment went through Squared - I've never heard of them either.
