DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received a promo code from my vet and a 3 months proscription for my dog. After three months I get an email letting me know another 3 months proscriptions is on the way. I called the company right away to let them know that I did not authorize the auto ship. They told me that it was already shipped and that they couldn't send it back. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me to just not open the package and send it back. which I did. now when I called back to let them know the supervisor was not helpful at all and told me i will not get a refund. I had to get my bank involved canceled my card and now waiting to see what happens.

Please be carful with this company. Very miss leading and not helpful at all. Please check and make sure they don't sign you up for auto ship with out your approval.

Get your medication from Publix or chewy they are the best.

First time using Koala and will be my last. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Impressive customer service! My package came with a bandana for my pup and a handwritten note from the pharmacy! Medication arrived on time and I appreciated the special touches in the packaging!

My order is delivered in a timely manner, and I know from past experience if I have a problem or need information about a product there is always someone there to help me...
I do have one problem with your shipping. I understand using recyclable paper products, but my box of heart worm meds was smashed again. The pills were fine, but the box obviously could not stand up to the PostOffice's machine. Also I liked it better when you included a treat for my pup...

I placed an order for medication and specifically requested refills every 6 months. However, your response changed the refill frequency to every 3 months, which does not match my original request. Please correct this as I would like the refills to be scheduled every 6 months as initially requested

This is the first time I'm using Koala, and let me tell you, living on the countryside of NC makes it difficult to pick up my dog's medicine. With Koala, our lives became easier; we do not need to be worried about the medicine. They shipped and delivered it on time, and it's much more affordable than the vet's office. I wanted to share my positive experience with Koala Health, especially in light of some of the negative reviews I’ve seen circulating. I recently had an issue with getting my dog’s Apoquel prescription filled, and I was getting increasingly stressed knowing how essential this medication is for her skin condition.

My vet unfortunately made a few errors—first denying the initial request and then taking an unusually long time to approve the second one. Throughout this frustrating process, Koala Health’s customer service truly went above and beyond, particularly CSR Ashley and Pharmacist Vicky.

They stepped in, communicated directly with my vet, and even took a verbal authorization to get things moving (which, frankly, shouldn’t have been necessary on their part—but I’m so grateful they took the initiative). They made sure my dog’s Rx was processed quickly and shipped out with expedited delivery, saving us from a potential medication gap.

Thanks to their diligence and compassion, my dog will not have to suffer from a flare-up, and I can breathe a sigh of relief.

On top of that, I recently found out that my mom’s vet just partnered with Koala, and I was happy to reassure her that based on my experience, she’s in great hands.

Huge thank you to the entire Pharmacy Team at Koala Health—especially Ashley and Vicky—for the outstanding service and for genuinely caring about my pet’s well-being. Highly recommend!

I HAVE ORDERED A PRESCRIPTION ON JUNE 1ST AND IT IS JUNE 11, I SENT A EMAIL ON JUNE 9, NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM THEM BY END OF WORK DAY, JUNE 12, 2025, I WILL FILE A FRAUDULENT CHARGE BY THIS COMPANY WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Everything on this website is final sale and they are unethical in their subscription process. Their return policy is not clearly stated when purchasing. We ordered some expensive pet meds & we were signed up for auto ship recurring orders without our knowledge. This was also never made clear to us at the time of first purchase. They never sent an email receipt in the beginning explaining that we were signed up for auto ship. They sent one email warning a day before shipping that went to spam. When I called to explain that we never received notice, they were inflexible robots that had zero problem taking my money and running. STAY AWAY!

Avoid this company at all costs!
Koala Pharmacy puts customers on auto-subscription without clear approval and charges them without notice. They sent me medication for my dog without my consent, and I never received a confirmation because I no longer use the email they had on file. To my shock, I received a shipment of preventive medication that I no longer need due to my dog’s deteriorating condition.
When I called to request a return, they refused, claiming I had not canceled my subscription. I explained my situation, hoping for understanding, but was met with a flat-out rejection-even after escalating the issue to a manager, Victoria A. I even pointed out their own policy, which states:
"If you have received an incorrect or damaged shipment or are unhappy with your order, please contact us at XXXX or at (866) XXXX, and we will address your request on a case-by-case basis."
Apparently, my situation didn’t “qualify” for any consideration. No flexibility, no compassion-just a rigid policy with no concern for pet owners dealing with difficult circumstances.
As a veterinary pharmaceutical company, they should understand that pet health situations can change unexpectedly. Instead, their approach is purely profit-driven. If you choose to order from them, be aware-if anything happens to your pet, you’ll have to scramble to unsubscribe, or you’ll be charged and shipped medication you no longer need. No mercy from their side.

They added autoship to my order when I clearly stated a one time order. I see from reviews that it has happened to other. I filled a complaint with my credit card company over an unauthorized transaction and a complaint with the BBB. If I check no autoship then that is what should be done. What a scamming company. I will make sure this gets posted to all comment areas so others know not to order from here and get scammed. I will never use them ever for anything so buyer beware!!!

Their service was top notch. My order came quickly and discounted. Needed to cancel a repeat order for one of my dogs…it was easily handled by email. Will use again

A terrible company to get meds from. Will charge your cards even when you call and email to cancel orders. When I did call staff was extremely short and rude telling me it’s not their problem and there’s nothing they will do since it’s not their fault they didn’t see the emails for 5 days. Horrible customer service. Tia was extremely rude on the call.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. My dog has now been without his medication for 9 days because we trusted them.

The problems started with their auto-renewal/subscription system, which failed to accurately calculate the next shipment date. Unlike most subscription services, you can’t adjust the date online, so you're completely reliant on their staff to set it correctly. Unfortunately, the date was repeatedly set incorrectly over the past few months, and each time I had to call in to get it manually corrected.

Despite assurances that the issue was fixed last month, it wasn’t. Once again, I had to call, point out the mistake, and was told the order would be expedited. The order, supposedly shipped on 1/10 with a delivery date of 1/15, still hasn’t arrived as of 1/19.

On 1/17, I requested a transfer of the prescription to a different provider due to an upcoming holiday, and was met with resistance. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I received an unclear and confusing explanation about a “compounded version” of the medication (which wasn’t the prescription) and felt like they didn’t want to lose my business to another pharmacy.

Thankfully, I was able to reach my vet (who was closed Fri-Sun) and she quickly sent a new prescription to a new pharmacy, so my dog finally has his medication—just not from here.

Incompetent systems, unhelpful staff, and a total lack of customer care. I will not be using them again.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Horrible company took a month to even send the order and got confirmation of prescription first day! Mistake after mistake and then said won't send the order unless buy additional product do not want or need and said no and sent it and charged me anyways just now! Scam crap company should be locked up!

If you order anything from this company you will be automatically enrolled in auto-renewal for that product. This of course is at the bottom of the last page, I think it is page 16. It is a total scam. I did not want auto-renewal and sure enough I just got a bill for shipment of meds I have no use for. Do not order from this company.

This verbiage is what is at the very bottom of the page. Buyers beware "Please note that any order placed through our website will automatically subscribe to an auto-refill subscription unless we are contacted directly to opt out."

My order was shipped to the wrong address and they take no responsibility in this matter, rude CS and hung up on me.
Offered no solutions and they said I was on auto ship and I never signed up for that
service and asked to cancel.

I email them on Friday and here we are Tuesday and I have not heard from them, once again I tried to create an account but the stupid system would not let me, I tried placing an order all was fine until checkout then it just stopped working give me a break, no way to run a company.

Can't cancel subscriptions online

Delivery the first time was great. Then afterwards I went to check if it auto-enrolled in a subscription - couldn't see anything online. Then today (6 months later) I get an email that my new order was processing - apparently the website does not show you if you have an active subscription and you have to call or email to ask about it/cancel

To be fair the customer service line connected me pretty quickly to a human and they cancelled my subscription/order without issues. But it felt very misleading to not have it show on the website in the first place, they are apparently 'working on it'

They lost my first prescription. I had to get another orginal from the vet. Then they changed the price of my item IN THE CART by $50. They said I ordered the wrong one (no I didn't). Then it sat in Packing for 2 weeks. Now it says it's shipped (after I complained) but still not at USPS. NEVER AGAIN! It's been a month now since I placed order.
