The Australian Lemon, Eucalyptus and Rosemary laundry soap is horrid! It smells like mosquito repellent. I have the lemon dish soap and love it, but they’re continuously out of the laundry soap I wanted so I ordered another one and will never order this scent again, it’s disgusting.
Great products however their chosen delivery partner - couriersplease is just terrible.
3 weeks and counting for a delivery of cleaning solutions to central area of capital city.
The delivery company are outright liars - suggesting that they attempted deliveries (despite being at home during the apparent deliver attempts)
Unfortunately, a bad post purchase experience means I’ll think twice before purchasing with them again.
Nb - the koala eco team have advised that you can leave a note during purchase for different delivery partner, however, they are choosing to place their business with a 1.4 rated courier….. I’m guessing this is not the first issue they have had.
My order was delivered to the wrong address and it took multiple back and forth and questioning from their “support” team to finally receive a refund. I was exhausted dealing with their slow and gaslighting questionnaires regarding my missing order but I do like their products. I was finally granted the refund but ultimately blacklisted from placing any orders with them in the future. What kind of business is this?
I’ve been using these products for a few years now. I’m very happy with all bar the dishwasher powder (a story for another time) but they have recently launched a new laundry concentrate with lemon eucalyptus and rosemary and it is to die for! Not only is the scent fresh, leaving my whole laundry/kitchen area smelling divine it washes the clothes so well in cold water, I have not needed to use the stain spray I bought to try.
