No receipt, no conformation email, no response to emails

I purchased a pair of gel kayano 31 running shoes on the 9th April only to receive no confirmation email and no receipt of purchase. I have emailed them 3 times regarding my order to try and get a tracking number, but have received nothing back. They say they respond to emails within 12 hours which clearly is not true.

I'm starting to feel like this company is a scam with fake good reviews.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 5 more business days, after which I will be reporting the company for fraud.

Outstanding quality and ethically made

Just received two tshirts from KOAD and absolutely over the moon with the quality. They will definitely be longlasting staples in the wardrobe, and knowing that these are ethically made, makes it worth every penny.

KOAD is a pleasure to deal with; their customer service is second to none, very responsive and speedy delivery - I actually had my order delivered the next day!

Will definitely be purchasing more from this range and recommending to all. Excited for the future of this brand.

Amazing quality and service

Bought numerous T- shirts because the quality is outstanding . You can tell that they are not run of the mill clothing and are produced to a very high standard. For is perfect and are super comfy. Looking forward to more releases . 5⭐️

KOAD Pyramid Tee

I bought the KOAD pyramid T-shirt and it is class. I am 5”11 average build and the medium fits to a tee.

Materials are unmistakably high standard and the attention to detail in the stitching and graphics are next level.

Highly recommend KOAD to any man looking to sharpen up their wardrobe.
