Thank u knicker sniffer best prank ever! Ordered this a week ago eagerly waiting in silent anticipation with evil glee for this to reach my intended victim (my best friend) today I received the phone call I’d been waiting for! Let me set the scene I come from a v v poor background think complete trailer trash lol I met my best friend of over ten years at work he comes from a v v rich think old money posh elitist family we love pranking each other! So imagine his mothers face when his knicker sniffer parcel arrived this morning lol 😂 my best friend phoned me and said apparently his mother has spent best part of the day nursing a stiff drink questioning herself about the son she had raised wondering where she went wrong 😭😂🙈 I’ve not laughed so hard in sooo long! Thank u knicker sniffer!!!

Signed on and seen the previous response from this company (last review). Laughable and so unprofessional, please don’t order from this company unless you can wait 3 weeks for delivery! That’s all I say. All the negative comments please believe them

Order tracked delivery, it’s been a week and nothing message them on instagram no reply don’t bother with them

Heard of these from a pal that got his mate with it and thought it was class and decided to order one, needless to say it was hilarious when my maté’s girlfriend went to get the post and seen Knicker sniffer all over the parcel and a pair of skid marked knickers inside, 10/10 good customer service and delivered within a week, would definitely recommend, only thing I would change is if they could use tracking post to see when the parcel has arrived

It’s a guessing game on delivery so this quickly spoils the surprise.
If they got their act together instead of the usual excuses this company would be 5 stars all day long.

Order this to a friends house. Paid extra for addons and it never arrived. When I went into tracking on the email the number they gave didnt exist and the support on the tracking site was non existent as you had to raise an issue about an existing item except it didn't exist. This is a scam company and I would avoid.

The item was never delivered. They use a service called parcel to go when I created an account on their my reference number never linked to item it was impossible to contact the service about the location of this item. I don't know what sort of weird deal they must have with them for fake receipts but the item wasn't received.

SECOND EDIT

Spoke with someone at the team and they insist that the item was sent. I believe the issue may be with the parcel-to-go. knicker sniffer offered for the item to be resent or for a refund to be issued which was a nice gesture and appreciated.

I'd recently been made redundant and this seemed like a good idea to send to my EX BOSS who is a complete to**er.

Very funny, I just wish I would have seen her face.

Used other similar services before and spot on, really great prank.

Ordered recorded delivery, to a P O BOX and no item was delivered, no tracking info, nothing to remotely say "your item is at X being processed"... just the confirmation that they took my money, £23.88 to be exact, they had to stop the po box so even if a new one was made it wouldn't matter, especially given the person knows what the prank was and therein ruined it because it never arrived, so I couldn't see the look of his soul leaving his body followed by being curious to give the stains a taste... wow, just wow, really abysmal customer service, trading standards would have a field day hearing about this

***UPDATE!*** Enjoy the headache from your OCD because I couldn't give a crap seeing how you clearly don't give a crap about proper customer services and also a refund for the parcel that never arrived... Scam company with horrendous(ly funny) customer services, I bet you couldn't look in the mirror without cracking it up from how much of a joke you are as customer service... May that headache remind you to be better

I have order from them in the past and had no issues with getting tracking info. But I Placed a couple of orders on the 15/12/2022 and they haven’t arrived.
Due to the postal issues I waited until after Christmas to contact them regarding tracking, I have now sent 3 messages on Facebook regarding the orders, unfortunately no response yet.
I tried to email that was put in other reviews on here to contact, but it bounced back.

12/1/22 Pete has now reached out on another email and has confirmed that the packages were delivered.

They have an excuse for everything but don't ever take responsibility. Order has never arrived over 4 months late. When I asked them to show me proof they sent the order I was called incredibly rude and obnoxious! Steer well clear.

As committed catholic my mother in law was truly horrified when this package had to signed for by her neighbour. I wish I could be a fly on the wall at the next parish meeting lol x

Oh my, I can't give 5 stars because I'm the victim but, what a great idea. The worst thing that got me were the spiders, not real obviously but still made me jump. The misses is not happy after the glitter. Now need to know who sent it.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, never arrived.
Gave 2 stars instead of 1 as I got a prompt refund when requested, so can’t complain about the customer service, but judging by the other poor reviews it seems it’s just best to avoid and find another prank company.

I agree with the previous review from Elsie too - loads of glowing reviews suddenly on the 14th and 15th of Feb all saying the same thing looks a bit suspicious to me, the same thing seems to have happened on the 14th and 15th of December too.

After jumping through hoops providing proof of purchase to trustpilot at the sellers request to show my order was real to avoid it being automatically removed (and flagging the suspicious glowing reviews all on the same date to them) I would recommend anyone who is thinking of ordering to look at the verified reviews over the glowing ones all saying the same thing, don’t waste your time and money.

Thanks for your response, the second line of my review literally says I got a prompt refund. That was never the issue, I’m just sharing my experience which was poor and weirdly has only gotten worse and caused me nothing but headaches over a daft £8 prank that was meant to be a laugh!

Additionally, it may be in your terms and conditions that you “don't refund if you didn't choose recorded delivery” but as I said before in our messages, I don’t see an option for recorded delivery on your website, and secondly it’s a statutory requirement that you offer refunds on faulty or missing items as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - that’s a UK law which overrides your terms and conditions, unfortunately so you may want to take a look into that so your company complies with the law.

You are extremely argumentative and rude. I provided my proof of purchase to Trustpilot - hence why it says verified purchase on my review! I can assure you I’m not a competitor otherwise I would be promoting my own company in my review wouldn’t I? The fact that you don’t know which order it is just goes to show you clearly have a large amount of “missing” parcels.

Your terms can be whatever you want them to be, if I had a company I could put in my terms that I will take peoples money and not deliver what they pay for, but the LAW overrides any terms - I’m not thankful for the fact I got my money back for something that never arrived! Why would I be? It’s literally a statutory requirement of the Consumer Rights law to protect buyers from scams and highwaymen and I would have taken it further if I hadn’t received it - and you said you claim it back through Royal Mail anyway, so it’s not like you’re out of pocket?

Maybe look at DPD or another delivery method if Royal Mail seem to lose a large percentage of parcels you ship with them? Or just keep denying anything is wrong with your company to all the honest reviews because that seems to be going well for you!

Ordered end of January - still not arrived.

Waste of money and the customer service is awful, told that 'hopefully it will arrive soon' and that 'once they have posted it, it isn't their responsibility' and 'its my issue as I havent paid for premium delivery' - you would think they would have proof of postage atleast.
Asked for proof so I could chase with Royal Mail somehow and they will not give any proof that its even been sent, just reiterating that once they have sent it its not their problem!

No offer to resend item or refund the missing product, try to pass all blame back to the spending customer.

Spend the extra few pound and order elsewhere.

Even appears fake reviews have been added to the trustpilot page! All in the same writing style, context and tone and all on the same day! Laughable!

Hilarious, second time I have ordered from this company and I can't recommend it enough!

My sisters face when she had to sign for her package from the postman was priceless, then the glitter filled knicker just topped it off 🤣🤣🤣🤣 amazing idea.
