Good product but atrocious customer service. Did not reply to emails over uncertain delivery of a back ordered item.

Easy to deal with Anni and product arrived when expected

First time customer.
Website was easy to use. International postage was reasonable. Overall good experience would shop there again.

I don't know how that got all of these good reviews as my experience is that they are either the most dishonest comany in the the railway hobby, or the most incompetent, or possibly both. I must admit at the time of writing this i am extremely annoyed as they owe me money and i am having a hard time getting it. No customer service, horrible attitude, lie about everything. Faulty engine returned. Having agreed it is faulty and promised a refund have not given a refund. This is now with my banks fraud team to sort out.

could stock a bit more n gauge

Clear website availability. Smooth purchasing experience and good communication thereafter. I note comments previously talking about communication around non available stock etc but far from my experience. I received emails throughout the process after purchase, updating me on progress and the models arrived well packaged and exactly when expected. A really smooth experience for me and am just about to purchase from KMS Railtech again now and do so happily (best recommendation i can give). If you see something you'd like to purchase (they have good prices too) i would recommend them without hesitation.

What I ordered, well packed, quickly delivered, at a good price.

Were very quick to replace faulty part on the model. The only minus for me is that prices are displayed without tax, which is inconvenient and against the norm.

If you have a problem with there problems, customer service is upset with you.

What went right!, I have spent well over £500 with you on peco unifrog points!!!!!,and £200 on track!!!!, spending at nec live show, Milton Keynes and Warley but YOU LOT carnt get me 3 packets of sl114 rail joiners in a week!!!!!, bloody hell they could have gone first class letter post not a bloody parcel at £4 plus!!!,not expecting a reply or an apology hell why this is BRITAIN!!

Great service arrived on time the model was very well packaged and arrived safely really pleased thank you.

Such a wonderful, friendly company to deal with. You get the help and support you need with a lovely personal touch. I visited the store, ordered via the website, phone and at shows with a great experience in all cases.

They support the local small shows as well as the larger ones and travel large distances to do so.

Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Downside was the postage cost which bumped up overall price plus it was subject to vat
