This is my first order with KMR and its been nothing short of a shambles. I ordered a Midiclock paying via card, my payment was flagged for some reason and they didn't hold the item for me or get in touch to tell me there was an issue. What was worse was no response to my emails. I was also unable to log into my account to find out what was going on due to a problem on the site, in the end i had to call from Australia to find out what was happening. To compound not getting the item i ordered i now need to wait 5 days for a refund. Lovely.

Fast turnaround but wrong address on package. Luckily the delivery driver was a decent guy and drove the extra mile to the actual address. My first order with KMR. Not a great start.

Spoke to Tom about a Pro Tools Update I bought from KMR that didn't seem to work. Despite it being an AVID side - Tom quickly helped me resolve the issue and after minutes into the conversation my problem was solved! Amazing customer service and amazing shop! Definitely recommend!

I needed a few items of audio equipment so sent the list to all the main online audio suppliers to get quotes. Not only were KMR the first to reply, but they also gave the best price and were the only ones able to supply the full order.

Li helped me through the whole process, was always quick to reply to emails, and was always on the ball regarding shipping dates, delivery times, etc.

The equipment was carefully wrapped and parcelled and next day delivery was just that.

It's no surprise that they have an incredible 92% 5* reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KMR to anyone looking to buy audio-visual equipment!
