KMC were quick and efficient throughout our move. We used KMC for both our sale and purchase, which made the whole process so smooth. Our conveyancer Jade went so far as picking her emails up on her annual leave to make sure our purchase went through on time. After a slow start with our previous conveyancer, Suzanne of KMC Legal took over.
Suzanne was quick and efficient but never too busy to answer our queries in layman's terms for us. It quite suddenly got turned around quickly in a matter of weeks.

Kirsty, was extremely responsive to any questions / queries and proceed efficiently and effectively throughout the transaction.

It was a painful experience buying and selling. It took us a year all in, and the final 2 weeks were pure hell with the chain nearly collapsing.
