Was looking for a spare part for one of their products. I couldn't find the item on their website drop down boxes.
I emailed them ( Sunday) and described the item in question. Yesterday I got a response from their customer service team. They told me the part description and price enabling the item to be ordered online. 1st class in promptness of reply and supplying information required.
Bought a kleeneze cordless iron from morrisons...what a joke..this is the worst piece of junk I've ever bought

My wife worked for a while as a distributor for these clowns, way back when. Didn't take long to see it was a scam. We attended one of their conferences, and it felt like all of a sudden we'd joined a cult. Glad to hear they've gone down the toilet, which is where they belong.
This companies "customer services" is pointless. The clothes airer I ordered was missing 2 feet. I found one in the box and pushed it back on. When I asked Kleeneze if they could send me a the missing foot, it turned out to be beyond their capability. Firstly, make products so that they don't have parts falling off them. Secondly make sure spare parts are available! I won't be ordering anything made by this company ever again. I was offered a full refund if I returned the wonky airer, or a £3 partial refund if I keep the wonky airer, how would you use a wonky airer? I have now recycled it as that is all it is worth. So they were willing to pay for the return of an entire airer but not able so send me a 1 inch plastic foot though the post.
Update: 18/04/25.
Kleeneze finally contacted me and gave me a full refund. So, I have decided to up the review from 1 star to 3 stars.
First class service from a customer focused company. Answering email enquiry and resolving my queries straight away. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with the customer service that I received
Had a problem with a Kleeneze product l had purchased from Wilko, but as they were no longer trading I contacted Kleeneze customer service and they were very helpful and replaced the item with no charge and even posted to my home address. When you hear about so many bad company’s responses it’s heart warming to get such a great response. Well done Kleeneze and thank you once again. :)
My steam cleaner today cut all my electric off. The first time I had used the accessories. I was steaming in my nooks and crannies due to my dog being treat for fleas. I turned it off while I moved some furniture. Turned it back on and it cut all my electric off. Reset the electric board and noticed my cleaner was leaking water from everywhere. Hardly ever used it but had it too long for it to be covered by the guarantee

I bought small compact hoover for pet hair. Rubbish suction. Doesn't pick up anything and what it does pick up it gets stuck in the pipe easily. Sucks up basic dust but that's all. Definitely not hair or pet hair or crumbs or anything else in fact. Very disappointed.

Employees went out of their way to chase up a return that Yodel delivered to the wrong address. The company issued me with a replacement product and all staff who contacted me were polite, professional and friendly. Wish everything in life could be this straightforward! Thank you.
My window vac which is a great product & does a really good job developed a loud noise which I presume was the bearing failing. I eMailed the fault with a recording of the noise to Kleeneze & the next day had a response asking me to confirm my address & they would post a replacement to me, which they dually did. Great service which I believe counts a lot.

Professional and very protective dealing with my issue
Shocking customer service. No phone contact available at all. Ten plus, emails later, requesting a photograph of this part, then a photo of a different part, that we clean a part, that we get an electrician to check it. That we confirm it’s plugged in to the mains and not an extension, that the light is illuminating on the appliance, finally that they’re not going to honour the 3 year warranty because they hold no record of it being registered. Well it was registered, we can’t be held responsible for the postal service during the pandemic. We had the box that clearly said it has a 3 year guarantee, and receipt. After 18 mo fgs the cordless hoovers motor failed. Total rubbish, DO NOT BUY.
I was a small time distributer in a town just outside Cork City, here in Ireland. I made a very small profit of about €30 - €40 that in no way was worth it for all the distribution of products and deliveries that I made on foot I might add!
I remember when I rang them to resign from the whole thing I could hear them all laughing down the phone at me. It's an obvious scam. I remember their brochure made out that one could earn up to a million per month or maybe per year, I can't remember exactly. I went to a couple of their conferences and those other members at them, seemed rather brain-washed. This was long time ago however, 2008 to be exactly. It was a learning experience for me at least.
I contacted Kleenex customer service directly and they have been efficient and resolved my issue of a broken part. Excellent customer service
