We have used Kevin twice for our mortgage and he has been fantastic both times. He explains things clearly, responds quickly to any and all questions, is always willing to look into something, and has never pushed us to accept something just because. He was brilliant throughout the entire process - which ended up being much longer than expected due to our buyer - and also helped with our life insurance and home insurance to the same level of quality. I'm always slightly sceptical about mortgage and financial service providers, but was pleasantly surprised by KLAS Mortgage Services. Kevin was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable, taking his time to explain all the various options available to me for a remortgage.

We cannot recommend Kevin enough if we tried! Kevin has been amazing from start to finish and we set him quite the task! We went to Kevin to get a mortgage as unfortunately we had been unable to get the outcome we desired with the initial mortgage broker we used. Kevin has always taken the time to speak through things with us and even when things weren’t plain sailing he came up with other solutions and never stopped working tirelessly to ensure we got the end result that we wanted. Kevin communicated with us regularly throughout the whole mortgage process and was always at the end of a phone or email to answer any questions we had, even if they seemed like silly ones! Kevin really did work for us and was on our side the whole way through ensuring that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing throughout communicating with other professionals and making time for us in the evenings and weekends to fit in around our working schedules. Even after the mortgage was offered Kevin continued to communicate with us about other products we may need and always gave an honest and professional opinion guiding us through things we knew very little about ensuring that we could make informed decisions.
