easy to place order and shipment was very fast

Excellent customer service for an excellent product.

Called needing information and people I talked to were knowledgeable, they answered my questions, they were very helpful in my decision process. I am very satisfied with their products and very glad I did not opt for a less expensive option.

Quick shipping. Quality product.

My order was exactly as I expected, it shipped really fast and are on time.

The shopping experience was easy, efficient, and my item shipped early the next day when I ordered late the night before. The tripod is sturdy and versatile.

Shipping was quick and as presented. I now own 3 of these.
My first started coming apart and I lost some of the Allen head screws (2) that hold the picatiny rail to top of the tri-pod. Would be nice to be able to order small parts. That are correct.
I couldn’t find anywhere what size or material used for these screws. I also couldn’t reach out for help. Web sight wouldn’t let me sign in. I’m working through my issues and I’ll make sure to double check that all hardware is secure in the future.

One more note STOP using China to make your products.

Have not gotten what I ordered. I have called and tried to email no one get back to me.

Our order was delivered super fast and with no issues. My husband loves his new attachment for his tripod.

Easy to order from their website and quick shipping. Nice product and Im looking forward to using the reaper grip.

Great company to do business with and fast shipping.

Quality, design, execution, and service are world class !!!

I havent received anything. When I asked support they said it hasnt shipped yet. 2 days later they are saying its delivered after I asked for a refund. Dont buy from here. I will just go through my credit card and get my money back!

Prompt delivery as promised. The products purchased are to be Christmas gifts so they won’t be used until after Christmas. But I am expecting superior performance!

Yall nailed it with this design, absolutely fantastic peice of equipment. It took me ab 10 minutes to mount my Reapr and adjust it for a 4" thick wall. Sturdy as can be. Looking forward to trying it out at my next range trip where my box blind is.

good stuiiffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

This is the best gun tri pod in the industry. Built like a tank, solid and steady far beyond any other company. Waited years to buy one because of the price tag, that was a mistake. We spend countless hours, money, energy and time away from loved ones chasing animals and our passions. Why would you not want to give yourself even more of an edge with a tool like this? Buy it you won’t regret it, you’ll feel like a sniper.

Quick Friendly Service and the products are Top Shelf quality and craftsmanship.

Bravo FopfJager!
