Great Shopping Experience!

I had a great experience with Kiwla.com. The website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the variety of products available. The overall shopping experience was smooth and convenient. I’m happy with the service and look forward to shopping with Kiwla again. Highly recommended!

Kiwla is one of fraud online platform who were guided by cheap minded customer service. I had a bad experience with Kiwla where Kiwla attempted to deliver a order to me through their courier by taking help of false otp from unknown number , where I requested to cancel the order and to refund my money when l noticed their fraudulent activity to deliver the order through false otp generated from unknown number. I immediately informed Kiwla to cancel my order and refund my money. Initially they agreed and asked me to wait for sometime. After waiting for nearly 20 - 25 days I enquired about my refund , but to my astonishment they send me manipulated message showing me that the item was delivered to me and recieved by me. It is not acceptable to me as I had not recieved the order. But they produced false document of item delivery which is horrifying and shocking I had never noticed any online platform with so cheap and fraud mentality. The cost of product was around Rs 2500 and for that they engaged their whole team to arrange false document of delivery therebye taken away my money in a fraudulent way. So l would like to advice all customers beware of Kiwla platform and think twice before ordering something in Kiwla platform which is one of the the most frand online platform waiting for customers to loot them. So I had decided to file complain in cyber crime dept, cosumer court and will seek justice for looting my money in a fratudlent way.

~~~~~~~~~~~ SCAM ALERT ~~~~~~~~~~
Ask them for invoice before you make a purchase and you will know.. They do not answer your calls too. Very phishy stay away, either they will not ship anything or just ship something crap.
Save yourself from misrey!
Excellent website and very happy with my purchase.the items quality are great and best brands in the world are available here .Highly recommended.
Worst customer service they are selling at double price and when you ask for refund they’ll keep saying we are directly importing from US other websites like dista usa and i herb are way far better so please avoid them i order for the first time and got scammed.
Seems to be some fake setup. Ordered an item more than a month ago, customer support keep pushing delivery dates and learned its cancelled. Don’t get why they are in business if can’t provide order or timely service.
