I'm coming up to halfway in my kiwismile journey and so far it has been amazing.
I mean... It's been a little painful at times but that's from the aligners and not dealing with kiwismile who have been great. Really good, prompt customer service and a great follow-up.
Highly recommended.
The treatment plan I received was to move my teeth off center to make space rather than the opposite way, which would result in the front 2 teeth being centered.
I queried the plan a week ago by email and asked in the website chat function why I hadn't received a response after a couple of days.
I've still received no response to either message.

It's essential to understand that the necessity for adjustments in your lower teeth treatment plan is a result of your specific request for Lower Arch Treatment. In order to avoid any malocclusion issues, we must focus on making necessary adjustments to your lower teeth so that they align harmoniously with your upper teeth.
As mentioned in our previous email, if you express interest in both upper and lower arch treatment plans, we can then realign and recenter your teeth as needed. However, maintaining the correct bite is of utmost importance.
