Kitchen Door Outlet Recenzje

The whole process from identifying the type & style of kitchen cupboard door to its description & instructions how to measure for a bespoke door were excellent. Doors arrived on time & were well packaged. Once fitted the doors looked great. Kitchen Door Outlet followed up with an email to make sure everything was ok.

This is my second order with the Kitchen outlet and i must say that all the staff are very up to date with all the products. Easy to get an estimate along with a delivery date. All my previous doors arrived very well packed and the made to measure sizes were spot on.

The whole experience was great from start to finish , fantastic customer service from the team, very helpful and answered any queries very quickly, delivery was on time and everything packed very well.
The doors fitted perfectly and the cost was very competitive.
Highly recommend.

We needed a new door to replace one that had been scratched. The website worked well to find a match and get exactly the right size. The door arrived earlier than expected and was just what we needed. Great service and quality.

Excellent quality, prompt delivery and accurate manufacturing from measurements given.
Doors hung easily and look great!

I would recommend this company without hesitation, I am really happy with my replacement cupboard door. All emails were replied to promptly and professionally, they did everything they said they would and they give accurate timeframe for everything such as delivery date. I was so happy I found this company. Thank you, Laura

Very good quality very efficient service and value for money

The two doors seem fine although I haven't fitted them yet. I appreciated the personal reply I received to a question about my purchase and this company impressed me by allowing me to ask an individual question as opposed to making me use a list of FAQs, none of which ever cover what I'm actually asking.

Great product quality, Great prices and excellent customer services.
Cannot fault the company

Very easy to order

I needed a door for my discontinued Howdens range which was a Greenwich gloss slab door.
I discovered Kithen Door outlet from a Google search.
I ordered a colour swatch to try against my exsisting doors, it is a good match, not perfect but its very close.
I decided to go ahead with purchasing a door, I think the postage is a little expensive, but what choice is there.
The free swatch that was provided allowed me to make an informed decision to order the door. This was a big positive, many other companies ask for payment for samples so kudos where its due to providing the swatch for free.
I will await the delivery of the door to see if is indeed a good match and I will update my review.
So far so good.
I do hope they don't use EVRI as their courier service as I have had many bad expierences with EVRI. Fingers crossed.

Perfect 👌 so happy with everything I forgot to get a door that came quickly and well packaged if I ever needed doors again off any kind I would usethis company. Service is second to none. Thanks for a first class service

Great choice of doors. Ordered these for renovating our kitchen. Good quality, prices and free delivery. Also good communication throughout.
There was an issue with some doors damaged, however this was dealt with quickly and easily.
Excellent customer service.

Kitchen door outlet have a huge selection to choose from with all the colours to match at a very reasonable price, None standard measurements were no problem and all items received were exactly as requested, extremely happy with doors and extras supplied, The quality is perfect and fitting was so easy.
All in all I am very happy with my new kitchen and recommend Kitchen Door Outlet for all your needs.

Hannah in sales was amazingly helpful. I'm looking forward to receiving my order and I'm sure the products will meet the standard I'm looking for.

I have made order almost 1 k worth of doors.
I have paid extra for exact day delivery. And of course no delivery. I have called them and ask where is my delivery. Lady said that they can refund me what I paid extra for delivery. They do not understand that we do that for living. I needed that door exactly on that day.
I was told that delivery will come next day. Surprise. It is almost 9 pm , Friday evening and no delivery.
This weekend is bank holiday. Nursery I fit kitchen for will open its door on Tuesday and kitchen is not finished. Please, Kitchen Door Outlet take your customers seriously.
And also need to mention that for my previous order, for 16 doors ordered 5 came broken.
Their service becomes worse and worse. They have been better before. I have been using that company for few years , but lately it is just goes down.

Everything I ordered arrived well packed and on time.
The doors and draw front are of really good quality and the colour match from the swatch is a perfect match.
The website is super easy to use and the choice is very good.
Will definitely recommend this company and it’s products

Staff are extremely helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble any questions or worries answered straight away. Good quality product.
Only thing that lets the service down is the delivery company.. We have had three deliveries two were damaged. Which is ok as if the parts are damaged they will be replaced but can be an issue as you have to wait for new ones but overall I would recommend them.
