We shopped around various kitchen showrooms before finding Kitchencraft in Chesterfield, so we had some idea of the quality we wanted. By far Kitchencraft stood out above the rest on quality, price, and customer service. Sophie has been outstanding in her knowledge and ability to help remotely, before, during, and after delivery and installation. Our black hacker kitchen is stunning and we have had so many compliments. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, the best quality at affordable prices and old fashioned customer service from staff who care. Should we need a kitchen in the future it would be our first port of call.

Excellent Service.
Bought a dishwasher online and the process was absolutely seamless.
Great communication all the way through even accommodating my request for a Friday delivery (they were prepared to deliver earlier but I couldn’t be there).
Absolutely no issues recommending them whatsoever.

new oven delivered to Scotland. The oven was damaged and did not operate. They did their best to replace quickly and ensure the next one was perfect.
So all was great in the end.

Amazing service, I bought a single oven, a combi and a vented hob.
The sourced the specific hob I wanted quickly and delivery went smoothly.
The contact from kitchen craft design was punctual, friendly and always professional.

This is the second kitchen we have had from kitchen craft due to moving house and it is everything I dreamed of and more. The quality of the kitchen and appliances are excellent. I managed to visit a few of the showrooms and were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Throughout the planning/design stage nothing was too much trouble for Anthony as I kept changing my mind on various things. We were kept up to date about the timings of deliveries. The installation of the kitchen was done by Rob who completed the fitting efficiently and to perfection. I would highly recommend kitchen craft to anyone.

From first walking through the doors at Worksop Kitchencraft, Gail and John made us feel so welcome.
Moving forward Gail designed us some great kitchens options and nothing was too much trouble.
We decided on one of the 5 designs and we cannot express how pleased we are with the final results.
What made our kitchen what it is though, is the amazing work of Ash and Rob (the kitchen fitters) who we cannot recommend or thank these two highly enough.
They guided us.
They were polite and professional from start to finish.
Their standard of work is off the scale..
Perfection is their middle name!!

I ordered 2 ovens from this company, not only did they get the delivery address wrong, they couldn't even be bothered to try and help put the situation right.
The service I received was appalling, they just fobbed me off. Don't waste your money with this company
