Handled everything for us, and fast and effective communication. We had a fulfilling and peaceful trip to Medina and Mecca knowing everything thing was handled. Muhammad Sheryar checked in on us all the time and any hiccups were addressed to the best of his ability. The only thing to improve would be to have tour guides available for the tours they offer.

On 12th August 2024 i called Kiswah Tours to enquire about Umrah package. I was warmly greeted by Muhammad Sheryar. He was extremely helpful in trying to sort out our package. And nothing too much was to ask for. Muhammad bhai was very patient with our requests and he managed to make our bookings very quickly. We are very grateful to Muhammad Sheryar because without his help and advise our trip would not have been possible.

We recently had the blessing of completing our Umrah and arranged everything with Kiswah Tours. Sister Muqaddas handled every request with care ensuring our journey was comfortable and smooth. Travelling with a family member who requires a wheelchair can often present unique challenges however Sister Muqaddas handled these professionally and the outcome was a very successful blessed trip for us all. The ease of transportation , accommodation in both Makkah and Medina which was very convenient as near to the ladies section and the Ziyarat in both holy places only added to the overall experience.
I had also requested a couple of days stopover in Qatar at the end of the trip to recuperate and again the choice of hotel was very good.
I pray that we have another opportunity to go again soon and will definitely look at Kiswah Tours to make the arrangements…..Insha Allah.
