Guy was exceptionally accommodating and helpful in re scheduling a recent booking for a latte art gift course. My partner and I can’t wait to attend and I’m so thankful for the exceptional customer service that we experienced.

Guy helped me with my voucher in a timely manner and professionally, really appreciate the good customer service.

Ordered a coffee that I thought is organic as most is and the chat bot just told me this type isn’t eligible for return and refund. Very misleading and disappointing!

It used to be one of the better online coffee shops, but sadly it’s been going downhill.

An E-Commerce Director I once spoke with has since left the company, which is probably why their online service keeps getting worse. Customer support doesn’t respond anymore,shipping out over roasted coffee beans, you can even see it on Trustpilot, they only bother replying to positive reviews.

I have decided to end my subscription after three years.

Why are people so rude? Absolutely the worst behaviour form the ‘barista’. Mumbling incomprehensibly, annoyed when seeking clarification. Waiting for coffee but apparently I was supposed to collect. There are a lot of lovely coffee places around Berners st. Will not be returning

For me consistency is really important, I have my coffee everyday and Kiss the Hippo actually delivers the quality EVERY TIME. Never had issues, pastry always fresh coffee roasted in London so that just speaks for itself. 100% Worth a try.

Love the coffee, love that they regularly offer promotions on subscriptions and have a good rewards system, and always had a good experience with their customer service - I’ve recently been dealing with their CS specialist Guy who resolved my issue very quickly and without needing to over explain.

I did Barista session and it was alor of fun.

Consistently great flavour, accurate tasting notes, and resealable packaging is a major plus for keeping beans fresh for longer!

You make like 4 coffees which is not enough to learn any latte art.

Why do you bother offering tea? £3.80 for a cup of tea served in the smallest plastic cup possible by someone who didn’t really want to be serving. I think it’s a complete rip off.
