KirklandMinoxidil.uk Review: Missing orders, Illegal delivery practices, UAE phone number lies, rude support
I placed an order for a minoxidil nearly two weeks ago. Royal Mail provided a "delivery" photo showing a parcel being held outside a door with my door number. However, I live in a new-build development where every house and door on several surrounding streets is identical. I never received this parcel, and after checking with my immediate neighbours and searching around my property, it is nowhere to be found.
When I contacted support, the experience was appalling. They didn't even try to help and just kept pointing at a photo of a door as if that’s a "case closed" situation. I live in a new-build estate where every single house and door looks identical. A photo of someone holding a box in front of a number means nothing when there are multiple same numbers within walking distance.
They clearly think they’re above the law. Under the Consumer Rights Act, they are responsible for getting the goods into my hands. A photo of a box on a doorstep is "abandonment," not "delivery." I never authorized a safe place, yet they’re acting like once the postie takes a snap, it’s my problem. It’s not.
The best part is, they actually had the audacity to tell me to go get CCTV footage to prove that I didn't get the parcel; a pathetic attempt to shift the blame onto the victim. Think about that before buying.
When I pointed out that the support number on their own website was for the UAE, they straight-up lied and said it didn't exist even after I sent them a screenshot of it. If they’re willing to lie about something as simple as a phone number on their own homepage, imagine what else they’re lying about.
I have started this subreddit, r/KirklandMinoxidilUK, for other customers to document their experiences and ensure there is a transparent record of this store's business practices.
If you value your money and need a reliable supply for your treatment, avoid this vendor at all cost. I am giving them one last chance to refund my order in full before I initiate a chargeback through my payment provider.
