Ordered a seat swivel for a VW Transporter and unfortunately the experience was poor from start to finish.

The product advertised (and shown in their installation video) is the V2 version, which specifically highlights that no handbrake modification is required. However, I was sent the newer V3 version, which does require a handbrake kit and is a materially different product. I was not informed of this change prior to dispatch.

When I queried this, I was told the V2 is no longer sold – yet the video demonstrating it is still being used to promote the product, which is misleading.

I also paid £15 for express delivery on a Thursday 26/3, but the item didn’t arrive until Monday lunchtime.

To add to this, the same product is now advertised at a significantly lower price than I paid, with a very questionable “was” price.
I paid £519 on 26/03.
On their site today it is £379 REDUCED from £428???

Returns were handled, but the process felt unnecessarily awkward and unhelpful. A lot of ‘our customers do this, our customers do that..’ when I asked if there were any instructions for something else I’d bought. It felt a bit like I should have known their process. I won’t need to after this experience.

Overall, very disappointing experience. I would recommend checking exactly what version you are being supplied before ordering.

Poor quality products, over recommended amounts just so they can sell more than you need, and also customer service pretty much none existent. Good look trying to get through on the phone. Save your money and pay the extra from a better supplier.

Probably the best customer service I have ever had, responsive, helpful, very quick to answer enquiries and delivery second to none, plus helped me out with a problem, that nobody else would.

Update please read below, after the weekend kiravans got in touch offering a free collection at my convenience, then the following day they followed up stating they had tried to source the correct fitting mats and were unable to, but they could arrange to scan my van and manufacture some carpets to fit. Yes I was disappointed to start but my god they have gone out of their way to make things right.

I wanted to order some carpets for an E transporter.
I emailed prior to ordering and got a response from Clare stating their mats would fit.
I ordered and the mats arrived in a few days (so far so good)
The cab mat was obviously not for my e transporter and the step mats for the rear sliding door are a totally different shape to the step, I don’t know if this is an error on Kiravans part and I have been sent the wrong items or they were wrong when they first said they would fit. Either way I’m inconvenienced and frustrated

Haven't had our parcel delivered yet, with no contact from Kiravans about it. They use Yodell, who we have spoken to and said it would be delivered today .... again.

I've tried calling Kiravans, but their phone goes to answer phone and their contact is an online form that you can only fill in once.

We had someone booked in to fit the item, but have to keep messing him about on dates due to bad delivery.

I will amend my current rating based on how well they solve this issue. We've been waiting 10 days for a delivery that said it would take 3 !

Can't recommend this Company enough. Bought a sliding and flixed window kit for my transit custom. Rapid delivery, well packaged and product exceded my expectations.

Following on from my below, Kiravans got in touch, the contact email had been placed in their junk folder - a partial refund was offered which compensated the issues stated below. All in all, happy with the outcome. Suggest calling in the first instance should there be a problem.

I bought a T5 passenger single seat swivel. It was despatched quickly and arrived on time. The intent of the product was great but sadly the manufacturing tolerances were poor which meant fitment was incredibly difficult, ultimately resulting in me having to drill out holes to get it to fit, damaging the paint. A similar review on the website states it's the van which is out of tolerance; this is implausible. I reached out to customer services but did not receive a response. Had I not scratched it during the messing around modifying it, I would have returned it. In short - if there are no problems with your product, I'm sure Kiravans will be fine but if there are, there doesn't appear to be a culture of aftersales care.

Omg this company is one of the best!! Customer service at the highest level. I didn’t need part of my order because I ordered too much, I emailed them and they were happy to take it back for a refund. I struggled for a courier because of the aerosols, so they even arranged a courier for me which was taken out of my refund. Couldn’t do enough for me 5 star..

Purchased many bits of extra kit for my T6 and had nothing but brilliant service from these folk.

Being a Yorkshire lad, you always want good value and service and on the 1, yes 1 occasion the purchase i made from Kiravans was faulty [rare that this happens] and after conversing with them the issue was resolved happily, they could have only improved their amazing service in replacing and delivery of the new item by actually fitting it for me (my wish full thinking ha ha!) .. easy to fit to be honest.

Seriously great service, friendly staff, easy to find their premises when collecting purchases etc.

Top quality, thanks and I'll be a returning customer.

i bought a window kit from a t6 from them and the kit with the carpet and insulation etc, plenty of videos online to watch and away i went....it was all fairly easy really, just follow the instruction videos and do your research before cutting big holes in your van.

Really helpful as needed 1 set in longer length, told to wait until they’d arrived before returning the shorter length to make sure we we’re happy with the fit.

Just fitted the double swivel base for the front passenger seats on a Ford Transit. The kit was really well made, and really easy to fit! (Though make sure you have a Tx55 bit to get the bolts out) This has been one of the first times I have had a job on the van to do, and it went totally smoothly! I would definitely recommend Kiravans, communication, clarity, and quality were all top notch.
