Ordered a pair of there Labubu shoes for the holidays in November 2025. They didn't show up until Feb 26 which was way past the deadline that they said I would have them "at the latest". My daughter thought they were ugly and immediately reached out to the company. I just wanted to start the process for a refund and if I had to pay the shipping and I was okay with that. They kept trying to evade me and then made me an offer to keep the pair and they will send me another item at no cost. I told them I didn't want that. This was all going on via email obviously. Then days later they send me an email telling me unfortunately they're not able to process my return. That's not good customer service The shoes were never worn My daughter took them out of the box and looked at them and said gross those are ugly and right back into the box they went She never even put them on her feet.

Recieved my purchases and was not as shown in web site. Lafufu not labubu. Took pitcures and screen shot to compare. Not the same. Fake Labubu slippers.

Size up just what was mentioned on the website, but the item was still too tight. I requested an exchange, but it’s so adorable that I'm willing to wait.

My order got stuck in transit, but customer support was really helpful. They sent a free replacement and gave me a discount. Great service!

Shipping took a little time, but its worth the wait. My order is super comfy, cute, and totally worth it! I'll definitely order in another color.

Kira NY sent me updates and when they arrived, I was obsessed. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish there were more color options and size for kids, but otherwise perfect.

I placed an order for Hello Kitty Ugg slippers for Christmas. It took 5 weeks to arrive. When I finally received the slippers, it had a strong chemical oder and it was a fake. I contacted the Company 3 times to request a return and no response. I posted my experience on their FB ad, and they’ve subsequently blocked me. Please beware of this scam site.

Website states to expect between 2-4 weeks before shipment (custom order, it says), and then to be ready for up to 14 days for shipping. I also read in other reviews that orders took a long time to arrive. So I ordered well in advance as these were a gift. Gift day arrives, item is WAY too small (I mean, it ran at least 1.5 sizes too small), but since I requested to return a HANDFUL OF DAYS OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN WINDOW, they refused! They strung me along for a few weeks with "oh, I have to check with my manager." Baloney. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FOLKS. I don't usually write bad reviews. Close to never. Their response to the issue has been shocking, though, so I feel like I must warn others.
I have no idea if the quality of the item is good, because aside from seeing that they were too small, they were left completely untouched, in their little baggies, in their original box.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Kira NYC's website on November 30, 2024 and received them on January 4, 2025 because they came from overseas, most likely China. The shoes are good quality and nice, so I want to reassure readers that this company is legitimate. I already sent this company a long email as to how to improve their business practices because they need a lot of improvement; they need to communicate better with their customers by keeping them properly posted on where the product is as it moves through the supply chain; they also need to use an established, reputable courier and they need to use proper packaging for their products, just to name a few things. They used a courier called 4PX which appears to be a foreign chinese courier that provided no info and no updates, but then the U.S. Postal Service provided me with a tracking number that was associated with an "Albatross America" and was delivered to my house by the U.S. Postal carrier. I hope this review helps other customers. The products are good, but the shipping process just appears to be shady and suspicious, but it's just poor quality.

They failed to ship an order I made two weeks before Christmas and as a result I was unable to give the item as a gift. The item has yet to arrive and all I get is some type of spam email response saying the item is in transit.

Would never do business with this company again.

Ordered the hello kitty uggs as a Christmas gift. Received a notice that the shipping label had been created, but when I reached out weeks later to see why no update was available - I was told "rest assured they shipped". Still no update on tracking the package, and no delivery as of yet. Going to call my bank and file a claim.

I ordered the Cinnamoroll Slippers/Slides. I was worried because it seems like the site only sells a handful of items and I hadn't heard of them before. I received the slippers in just over 2 weeks to Canada. I also had a customer service question that they answered in under 24hrs. BUT WHEN THEY ARRIVED – OMG!! ❤️ They actually such high quality. The cinnamoroll face is embroidered and the "fluff" both inside and outside is very plush. Overall they look really well put together and I'm pleased. They are a bit snug for an 11 but I think they will break in a bit. And no, they are not Uggs, they are "Ugg like".

What made my experience "great" was the customer service! There were several hiccups with my order due to sizing, but the company really made an effort to fulfill my order and maintained excellent communication throughout. I ordered the Hello Kitty Ugg slipper and the quality is beautifully done. Thank you Kira NY, I look forward to your future releases.

I preordered the KiraNY hello kitty slides in white on May 12 and received them on July 8th in Canada. I had never heard of this company before and wasn’t sure if I was making a wise decision but it’s HK!!! How could I not? Customer service did email me a couple of times throughout the process to keep me in the loop which i appreciated and they always replied promptly to any questions I had. Once they arrived I was blown away at the quality. These have beautiful leather uppers and a midsole composed of cork that I think will prove to be durable. I’m really happy with this purchase and for taking the chance on KiraNY. I might need the pink ones too…

I preordered my Kitty Clogs and had to exchange for a different size. Customer service was a little slower, but be patient. They’ll get to you. I sent back the clogs and a week later received the correct size. It’s not Birkenstocks, but if you love Hello Kitty, you’ll love these clogs. I recommend you size 🆙 I love my Kitty Clogs and recommend to any Hello Kitty Lovers!!

Not uggs. The smell of glue is so strong its horrible. It don't go away. Cust Service says just leave the box open lmao!! Sent back the shoes. Still waiting for a refund. Been over 2 weeks now. Horrible customer service terrible way to do business. I do not recommend this product or company!!!!. So disappointed felt the need to share my experience. 😢😭

Preordered early March. Mid-May and never received it. Customer service said they would look into it and then ghosted me.

Cool shoes, got them about 2 weeks after order which is pretty fast considering it says 4 weeks shipping on their site
