succesful business people out there, walk away from AO !
I have been with this accountant for more than 3 years. The first year, low cost, fast response, fantastic work (They love mini businesses). Second year they started pushing for much higher fees for the same workload. 3rd year, this is beyond words, we pay 18000 euros in service charge for a job they do in few days. At the end, they get it all wrong, late and they blame us for the delay despite the fact that they have access to all our systems all year round. Now we end up paying for tones of extra charges which was never planned for. I would be you, don't even consider them as a potential accountant
Let me tell you WHY YOU SHOULD NOT GO AHEAD WITH ACCOUNTANTONLINE !
They wants to align their fees to your revenue. Basically your success, it's their success. Like a leech attached to you to suck your revenue. No other words for it. If I could I would walk away from this bunch of mafia immediatly.

Excellent company

They make everything easy.
We needed a company setup fast and chose Accountant Online. In addition to that service we added the virtual address and company secretary options. It was really easy to get moving and they handle everything with clear instructions. The staff are all very attentive, responsive, knowledgable and reliable. The online service is great, makes everything so easy and convenient and there are real people at the end of a phone or email. If you are confused about all the red tape and legislation in Ireland and want a reliable service that does it all for you and lets you focus on your business goals then I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very happy with them.
