Less than 1 star. I bought a feeder from Kingsyard and was very disappointed in the quality for the price. I wrote them letting them know I wanted to return the feeder. They sent me a label to return it with. It was going to Amazon Warehouse. I took the package to ups and they quoted me 18.00. I couldn't believe 1. That I had to pay again to ship the birdfeeder back, 2. That it was going to Amazon when I purchased the feeder specifically through Kings Yard. I reached out to Kings Yard several times with my dissatisfaction about me needing to pay to ship the bird feeder back for 18.00 when I paid to have the birdfeeder shipped to me through Kings Yard for 7.00. I asked for a prepaid label, and they would not provide one. I called, asked to talk to a supervisor, I was told I couldnt talk to one I would have to email their customer service. So I did once again, and asked for a supervisor, and once again I was told no prepaid label, I would have to pay to return the feeder back, and my email was not forwarded to a supervisor. I will NOT be buying anything from Kingsyard again. They outsourced my order to a 3rd party and my bird feeder was expensive. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not listen, its like they are reading and answering via a script. And you cannot communicate with a supervisor at all. I found a beautiful bird feeder locally, for half the price of the one I got from Kingsyard. Very very disappointing.

I bought a hummingbird feeder from this company through Amazon. The bottom part of the feeder broke so i contacted the company to see if i could purchase a new bottom as they are unique in size. They got back to me the very next day. They did not have a replacement bottom but offered me a full refund. I agreed, just so i can purchase another feeder. I never placed blame on them but they wanted to satisfy my purchase and with their offer, has now fully gained me as a customer for life. I love all they have to offer after looking at their direct website.

I purchased two birdfeeders, in honor of my now deceased daughter, of which I thought were bluebird feeders (the symbol for my daughter's passing). When they came they were suet only holding feeders. I attempted to explain this to them, of which is a whole other ordeal, talked a to a person ONE time, just to find out that they would not honor their 30- day return policy. The shipping label they sent me - WAS NOT A PRE-PAID label and to find out - I am expected to ship these two incorrect feeders BACK TO NEVADA from New York. It will cost be more to ship the feeders than they are worth. Companies that sell items have access to discounted shipping labels - they could have assisted me or paid half or something?? They couldn't give me the time of day, nor could I talk to a person. IF YOU'RE UNSUE DON'T PURCHASE. If you don't like it or decided it doesn't meet your needs - they won't help you to return it.

Just bought two of their bird feeders and they seem well made, clearly based on the Squirrel Buster design, but with a nice Hammerite type finish.

It is a bit odd that a Chinese company would use a regal title in their name given what they think of them?

I ordered 4 bird feeders from Kingsyard and when I paid I somehow missed the field for the discount code. I emailed them about it and they answered right away. They were friendly and polite, and quickly refunded the discount amount!
The birds and I are very happy with our new birdfeeders! They work well, are attractive and were very reasonably priced! Thank you Kingsyard!

My bird feeder was knocked over by a bear last spring. It damaged the bottom screw part of the feeder. I contacted Kingsyard a number of times for a replacement part to no avail. They don't sell such parts so I would need to order a complete unit which I can't afford to do. I receive no positive assistance from KingsYard AI system. Not at all helpful. Non one to call to talk too. Poor Service. I won't consider KingsYard for a pruchase again.

This mesh house feeder is a winner! The construction is sturdy, it's simple to fill and clean, and the charming design makes it a lovely addition to the garden. We were delighted to see birds visiting it right from the start. A perfect combination of form and function!

The reason I write the review is their premium product, I purchased a hummingbird feeder and a squirrel-proof feeder from them, both work well in my backyard and attract birds for me! The amazing part is that the price I purchased them was half the price of the previous one I ordered on Amazon.

Item ordered 11/5/2023. Order finally delivered on 12/19/2023 and was broken when received. Seller was contacted 12/19/2023. No response. Website states response within 48 hours.
Seller was contacted again 1/2/2024. No response. Website states response within 48 hours. Today is 1/5/2024. Website states no refunds after 30 days. Seller is incompetent or a scammer. You decide. I know what I think the seller is. See above.

I ordered a hummingbird feeder on Dec. 12th, 2023. It never came. I couldn,t track the package from the email they sent. I have emailed customer service about 5-6 times and no one responds. I can,t seem to find a phone # to call. I am very disappointed in this company

ORDER FOUR BIRD FEEDER , AND GOT A HUMMING BIRD FEEDER INSTEAD OF DOUBLE A SUET CAKE FEEDER

The feeders are great. I love the quality of my bird feeders. Super easy to install and materials are great.

I like the look of this companies bird feeders so I decided to give them a try and ordered a recycled hopper feeder. The quality of the feeder was okay but there were a few issues. I wrote Kingsyard since they advertise a lifetime warranty and got no response.

I had been seeing a healthy number of sparrows near my balcony so I bought a feeder and set it up. KingsYard is quite creative in terms of designing the feeders so if you like funky looking stuff, this is the right place. Overall, I am happy with my product and the sparrows seem happy too.

Amazingly sturdy products! Have a smaller, covered green feeder that caters to our smaller feathered friends. It keeps the seed protected from rain--the first one that has ever done that. The larger birds cannot get into this wonderful feeder, so the finches, woodpeckers, grosbeak, nuthatches, chickadees, and tufted friends can eat until their bellies are full. A long, yellow feeder with stands for our larger feathered friends allows for multiple birds to feed at the same time. I have had other similar feeders that do not stand up to the weather nor the birds. Highly recommend both. I have two Kingsyard feeders and cannot wait to get more. They are high quality, beautiful, allow one to choose which birds to cater to. Do yourselves a favor and buy Kingsyard...you will be thanking them...and so with the birds!

When I received my KingsYard feeder I was suprised by the quality. It is very durable and well manufactured. The birds love it! It's also super easy to clean (huge perk)!

I have been using a few Kingsyard feeders as well as a feeding tray for quite a few months now. Excellent value products. Price point is is nice and affordable, build quality is what you'd expect. We live stream daily, these feeders are great on camera as well! Nice colors to choose from. Thank you Kingsyard, looking forward to what you will do next!
