After just dropping nearly £200 on all kings will dream clothing I'm absolutely disgusted that it is literally one wash and it's useless . Every t-shirt with a printed design is ruined and before you even blame the washer my football T-shirts are fine which are the same type of print . Absolutely the cheapest of the cheap quality not happy at all especially when these t-shirts are nearly £30 a piece

Bought a full track suit and 2 weeks later it’s falling apart. Back to JD with it.

Stay away from this company.. missing an item from my order, emailed asking for this item to be sent out, they asked me to send pictures of everything, sent them them was asked to send a picture of the black packaging that it came and then a picture of the black packaging from the back, did that to them get an email saying they was going to investigate, got an email again the same day stating that the reject my claim based on their investigation of the black packaging because the black packaging looked the same from when it left their warehouse to it being received in my house so they won’t send the missing item out for the tracksuit or give me a refund, after emailing them again saying that obviously the item was never put in the infamous black packaging, also stated to them that another tracksuit from the same order was the wrong one so that clearly shows mistakes happen in their warehouses they still reject my claim, will be contacting trading standards as they take your money but do not provide the products, will also be seeking a legal claim against them and Footasylum who are linked to them.. Stay away from this scam of a company

Scammed me out of half of my order.
When contacted to report that only half the order had arrived, I was brushed off and effectively called a liar.

Dont even deserve one star but have to to write this, horrendous company won't ever be ordering from these again, their service is vulgar, and so is their clothing they fall apart in 3 weeks, I bought a warm winter coat from them had it just 3 weeks and noticed stitching was coming apart contacted them about it they advised inreturn and they would issue a replacement, I asked would they not just discount some and do a partial refund as its the only winter coat I have, but they insisted they would prefer for it to be sent back so they can check over make sure it's not a manufacturing fault so I posted the item as requested and sent them an email with the return receipt so they could issue replacement, I was advised by Chelsea that the order had been put through on next day delivery but advised the latest it would be with me is Wednesday 13th Dec, it didn't arrive contacted got ignored then finally replied this morning with a load of bull, that it's got busy with it being Xmas ect and that it would be with me today, well why don't I believe them when they already said the or we'd so I've requested a full refund as I've had to go buy one elsewhere as to leave someone without one is just disgusting, now their saying they've now instructed evri to return the parcel as I won't be in today and once its recieved back to the warehouse they will then proceed with a refund, this is not my responsibility to wait for them to relieve their order back and they know fine well it is not, utterly vile company lesson learned with these ill go elsewhere from now on. In my opinion AVOID them they don't give two hoots, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Habe die ELWAY SHORT PUFFER PARKA JACKET direkt bei KWD bestellt, da sie bei Zalando nicht mehr verfügbar war. Die Jacke war innerhalb 2 Werktagen da, Wahnsinn und das von England nach Deutschland. Sehr gute Kommunikation von DHL über den aktuellen Standort der Lieferung. Die Jacke ist für den Preis Top, so dass ich für meinen Sohn die gleiche Jacke bestellt habe, die auch innerhalb 2 Werktagen da war. Ich war über die schlechte Bewertung hier etwas überrascht. Naja wie gesagt hatte ich keinerlei Kritikpunkte, deshalb 5 Sterne von mir.

The KWD Kings Will Dream Elway Puffer I bought is just gorgeous, so heavy and the quality is just fantastic.
I really think for the price you are selling yourselves short. I paid 3 times as much for a Superdry puffer that was far less quality than this. Well done, bargain.

Brought a coat for my son only 2 months ago and it has ripped in 3 places all on the seams.. washed twice as he is a teenage boy. Very poorly made. Not fit for purpose and will be pursuing to the ombudsman.

It was a purchase of BROMLEY TECH BOMBER JACKET, fast delivery but unfortunately I ordered size L and it was too big, I returned the order for an exchange and the return was simple and fast. The jacket is of excellent quality, when I have the white one of the same model I will buy another one.
I recommend The Jacket and the store for having a good experience.

Faulty goods sent! Gilet ripped and coat had label sewed in upside down. 20 emails later!! No stock left.. told me to return for inspection. Total joke take your money and send faulty goods. Can't get any sense out of them. Will never use this company again! Reporting to Trading standards.

Missing items from my order and there is no way you can get in touch with them nor you can claim a refund if you are going to return the items due to poor quality of what you purchased ( avoid them ).

Shopped here for the 1st time as my son chose a coat of theirs for a Christmas gift. Placed the order & chose to pay with klarna, this is where things started going wrong. Klarna accepted the order but Kings will dream did not. Klarna took the first payment for kings will dream so I emailed them to ask if the order was going to be sent as I have started paying for it…no response. 2nd email…still no response. So I have to reorder the coat, pay upfront for it. Coat is sent to me from foot asylum not kings will dream & in a size I did not order. Very disappointing service, I now have to wait until after Christmas to resolve the issue through klarna as kings will dream are unresponsive via customer service emails & live chat is never available. Return the 2nd coat as it is not in a size I ordered & after 2 attempts to buy the coat I now have no coat for my son & this is literally the only item he specifically requested.

Ordered my parcel 2 weeks ago, said 10 days ago it was out for delivery but still hasn't arrived... unable to get any response from online chat or via email direct to find out where my parcel is.
No response when you call as everyone is working from home and unable to help.

I ordered a coat snd received an acknowledgement saying it would be dispatched within 24 hours. Any delay would be notified. They did neither. When I tried to contact them 10 days later to query non delivery, the advertised telephone line was unmanned. Advised to use live chat. Eventually after 3 attempts on live chat I got a response. Item was not in stock. Money would be refunded in up to 10 days. They knew it was out of stock when they took the order and could have advised and refunded me then. Not very ethical. Would never order from them again.

ordered some stuff for my grandsons for christmas - delivery superfast and items good quality - will order again!

Placed an order on KWD.
Comformation email was sent right away aswell as delivery updates.
Items where great just like in photo.
I shall be ordering again.

£65 on a cost my my young lad lasted 2 months kwd peeled off and it tour with 3 weeks. Not impressed, this was the second one after a return
