Placing items on top of pictures to make you think they are legit then ending up with a load of busted or missing crap, electronics taken apart etc there’s is no chance they are customer returns in that state. i’d stay clear… 100% not using again. they are profiting off of selling unusable rubbish - electronics or other wise..even had eyes rolled when in town mentioning why i was in the area to collect, if the locals are aware then speak in droves.

Contacted them on the Monday and Tuesday 22/23 February regarding two items purchased in the sale said I’ve not received any invoice. I stated to me that there was problems sending invoices recently checked my email, they said I haven’t paid my bill and they cancelling order as I haven’t paid very very poor customer service they haven’t got a clue ,they shouldn’t be on auction live Should be removed poor !!!

A real pleasure doing business — smooth and friendly communication throughout. Great deals to be found, truly good bargains. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Highly recommended, would happily deal again.

Their handling of auction processes and payments raises serious concerns, and there appear to be breaches significant enough that the Police & Trading Standards reportedly being monitored for potentially unlawful business practices.
I hold integrity high with part of this demenia is my honesty plain speaking, it's wise to avoid this company even if good deals appear to be made.

What a horrible experience. Items are not as described or pictured. Won auctions for several electronic items. Everything was broken with missing pieces that were clearly visible in the pictures. A radio had no inner workings just a shell. BEWARE, items are returns from clients and they are BROKEN. They're not incomplete or damaged, they are totally BROKEN. Selling scrap and they don't want to know when you have a grievance. Staff don't believe there is such a thing as consumer rights with wrong descriptions. I would not recommend any purchases from this trader

Scam company!! I recently won a few bids on apple AirPods and chargers ect. To be charged 12£ for delivery by them to be delivered by DHL to be told items are on there way, then the package has been delayed, ten days later I get an email stating items have been delivered, they may have been delivered but not to MY address, do NOT waste you’re time and money with these scammers

Everything brilliant from the start, payments easy, delivery request spot on, packing of my items brilliant, staff extremely friendly. will definitely be shopping again.

They just sell scrap items that should never be sold at an auction. Beware of online buys without physical viewings. Very fraudulent

Probably the most honest auction with transparency in goods description. A very capable and hardworking bunch of individuals (Aaron, James, Karen ... to name but a few) make for a high level of customer experience. Highly recommended auctioneer

Brought some wayfair and amazon returns in the auction recently and knowing its usually a gamble what condition the items might be in and exactly what they are when there's mystery boxes but the items have been boxes of absolute rubbish and actual rubbish as one box was full of empty packages the way fair items are cheap Chinese furniture that's actually cheaper to by new off line after looking for the same items just branded different .
Starting bid is higher than items turn out to be worth.
Lesson learned.
