My first order was by internet
My first order was by internet. It came from Galway but unfortunately did not fit. I returned the shoes to the Dublin outlet where I received excellent and patient service and ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes and not due to any sales crap from the assistant.

Human touch
The shoes arrived quickly, were lovely and were exactly what I ordered and expected.
There was a handwritten note in with the order, which I find a lovely touch, and gives you a feeling that you are dealing with a human in a company, rather than just a compuiter!

A fantastic business to deal with
A fantastic business to deal with. Prompt delivery service (99% next day) and a customer service team who act within minutes in the event of an issue. I placed an order, one of the items was unfortunately out of stock (These things happen) and within minutes they had text me a message and a solution to the issue. I have worked in retail for many years and this type of customer service is unprecedented and made the journey with Kingsize well worth. Their selection and pricing of stock is extremely good.
